We thought we were being punked at time, but after reading responses to other negative experiences ours was similar. We were celebrating our 25 yr anniversary with another couple, one of the entrees came out incorrectly after specifically requesting when ordering. We waited over 30 mins for entree to be re-made, the rest of us had finished our dinners & drinks and inquired on status - "it should be out soon?" So we decided to order another round of drinks while we continued to wait and it was suggested that drinks be comped to our waitress and the next thing we knew the manager came to our table, started yelling at us for even suggesting such a thing (when it should have been offered and/or agreed to), he continued to rant and told us to pay our bill and leave...still without the dinner that we now waited over 45 mins for? We were more than patient, didn't even complain about the mistake or long wait? At a total loss?!

We love this place!!! Sushi is delicious. Fish is always good. Service is incredible always. Fast and attentive. We do a lot of nigiri and you can’t go wrong with there sushi options!

We had a reservation for 2 and were quickly seated. The rolls were delicious as usual. Very fresh tasting. The Bbq eel roll was my favorite. I had the scallops for the first time, not knowing what to expect, and it was very good. It was tender and sweet.
Giving the atmosphere a 1 star because of a fight that broke out in the restaurant. We left quickly afterward.
Food was expensive! Service was terrible. The restaurant was out of everything we wanted to order. Nobody enjoyed their meal and it cost us $250 for 4 people. It was supposed to be a birthday celebration and it was a big fail! Will never go there again.
I could wake up, start eating Kanpai's spicy beef Bulgogi, and not stop until I go to bed. It's amazing. The service is pretty good but sometimes a little scattered, but everyone is really nice so it's fine. My only complaint is that I dont like saying the word Bulgogi out loud.

Pretty solid sushi place that was close to our hotel, there's a parking garage basically right next door. Went on a week day so hard to gauge how popular this place is, the 'O My God' roll was fun they light it on fire at the table. I had the ginger old fashioned, it was a pretty mid old fashioned. The bathrooms need some help with cleaning. Service was fast and friendly. Bottom line, worth it as a dinner option but wouldn't be my top pick.- Cheers
