The most unprofessional of. I e vee een too! Who manages thus place. There were 4 workers sitting behind the counter eating!!!!! NO one wanted to serve me....n o sense of anything the getto est ever I can even describe it ...eating chicken in front of.customers ....unbelievable...I thought it was a skit!!!!! My friend went to this location( MLK Drive)to purchase me some chicken tenders. The tenders look sick they different from when I use to go to KFC. Food is not good anymore, Maybe I shoulda just got chicken instead. Very disappointed.

This place needs to be shut down. Very rude employees, made me wait a half hour only to tell me my order was given away to somebody else. Now they won't even give me the money back. Actual criminals. The cops came to arrest an employee while I was waiting, he got into an altercation with a customer. Never attempt to eat here.

Ordered 12 piece chicken bucket with 2 macaroni & cheese and 1 mashed potato and gravy. Drove back to our hotel and the two sides were half full, no biscuits at all. No butter even if we had received the biscuits. Immediately drove back to the store and informed them what happened. His comment was, "We don't have butterfly we put it on the biscuits before we bag them, as for the half filled sides it looks like you already ate some of it and you should have came back before you opened the meal". Now how would we know they were only half full unless we opened it? Very unprofessional. Oh yeah, they waited until we ordered before telling us their CC machine was broke.
