Ordered 12 piece chicken bucket with 2 macaroni & cheese and 1 mashed potato and gravy. Drove back to our hotel and the two sides were half full, no biscuits at all. No butter even if we had received the biscuits. Immediately drove back to the store and informed them what happened. His comment was, "We don't have butterfly we put it on the biscuits before we bag them, as for the half filled sides it looks like you already ate some of it and you should have came back before you opened the meal". Now how would we know they were only half full unless we opened it? Very unprofessional. Oh yeah, they waited until we ordered before telling us their CC machine was broke.

Today I stop for dinner at KFC I purchased a bucket of chicken 12pc meal The cost was 45.00. After returning home, I was very disappointed with my purchase. I had 10pcs of children, which was loaded with grease. The 12pcs turned out to be 10pcs, 6 of which were thighs running with grease. Never would I stop there again. What a heart break

Terrible service i would have to blame management but im gonna go with ownership because aint no way i would let a establishment i own be ran so horribly. Extra crispy tastes like the original Drive through is always closed it takes over 20 minutes for a simple order like a 2 piece i see workers on the phone while making orders probably not going back
If I could I would give 0! I went through drive thru & wondering what happened why no one was coming to the intercom! So I went inside & why I see the person who supposedly be on drive thr coming from outside across the street & than u had another employee guy in back smoking & one guy inside doing whatever! Why they're lined by time I turned my head back , three four us standing in line! Than the black lady didn't say nothing to us anything, just walk out again! So me & another customer left as well! I no longer go to that location! Is poorly employees/mangers & all!! Need to be shut down!!! Employees looks nasty ? dirty uniform, no hats or hair nets....

If I could give a zero I would. Very disappointed with the food & service. The workers were playing their personal music so loud they couldn’t hear me place my order or me speaking at the window. The tenders were old and tasted like old dirty grease. I hope this location close down as a result of employee relation.

It like no body wants to work . Waiting 25 mins just to put an order inside because they didn’t want to do drive through . They keep running all the food out , probably to ther people. They did not wear gloves ! Seems like they don’t care anymore
