I placed a mobile order / waited …..tried to walk in but realized the doors were locked ….pretty nice wait in drive but i figured out they were extremely short staffed …..even with waiting my food was still hot/fresh and my order was accurate ! I appreciate the staff that showed up ….im sure it is extremely stressful but some of us definitely see the effort and greatly appreciate it !!!!

My son and I went to 2470 North Dr Martin Luther King drive KFC one day we went through the drive-thru they told us they was only doing doordash and they close all the time and then yesterday we went there and a young lady was coming out she said no in a very aggressive way like she was angry or something have KFC closed their doors to the public and drive-thru to the public and you can only order online through doordash that is ridiculous because they in the heart of the City and they on Dr Martin Luther King drive and we can't even get no food this has been 3 months in a row

Went to order food at the drive thru was told it would be a 20 minute wait so pull in the parking lot all for me to have to go in because I was still waiting for my order 45 MINUTES later then when I went in they act like they didn’t see my order they didn’t give me a receipt and I paid 46 dollars on food.. The manager did give me a free drink but that wasn’t enough just cause I shouldn’t of been waiting that long for my order. I will not be back at all that was ridiculous
The black woman who was here today sep 11th 2025 at 1:48pm working alone with one cook! I command her! She’s great for the business. She messed up on an order and RECTIFIED immediately with no hassle, she’s alone working the drive thru as well! Work ethic is amazing and the patience as well. Some people can’t handle that pressure. Salute and keep up the good work!

This place has no business being open.. no one ever answers the drive thru they didn’t have wedges it was only one worker walking around slowly taking her time with everything but she was alone. After trying the drive through several times i went in and seen the one worker then left. I can say the lobby looked nice and clean but the service and them not having wings and wedges so disappointing..
