My food was stolen and this restaurant refuses to work and cooperate. It's there job to make food. They get paid to work not refuses service to customers. This establishment should be shut down. How embarrassing can people be so lazy?

Do NOT go to the KFC on 43rd and Greenfield!! Ordered on the app...tried to pickup when it said it was ready. I get there they tell me there's a wait on the chicken nuggets. A half hour later I approach the drive thru window they tell me the was no chef there to make the nuggets and also didn't have any fries. This is something that they should have told me when I first got there!!! Now I gotta wait for up to 10 days for a refund?!?!?!! Totally uncool and extremely unprofessional!!

This place really sucks. I placed our order online. They said it was gonna be ready at 730 I waited for it to be ready went down there. It is now 9 PM and they still have not given me any food but they did approach my car and say Hey, we ran out of chicken tenders. Can we just give you pieces of chicken instead? Like dah hurry up, just give me some food so I can go home. I will never come back here again. They're lucky that I don't like jail food or I would go in there and knock everything over.

If I could give it zero stars, I will this place is so disgusting. Their workers are always smoking on their brakes. Every time I have been here in the past three times they’ve notified me there’s no chicken made. It’ll be a 20 to 30 minute wait east time for something to drop fresh. They are very bad at workers. They don’t have proper etiquette. I come outside and see Reese coworkers smoking cigarettes with gloves on very very very disgusting place.
