Food was horrible....my chicken was thrown In the same box as the biscuits...got upset because I asked for Napkins....got an email from Manager ...asked for receipt....emailed the receipt....never heard nothing back...spent 30.00....it doesn't matter what side of town you're on ....customer service is poor everywhere....

Worst KFC ever. Its like they never want to work. One time the chicken was so dark like they've been using the same oil for weeks and weeks. The second time i asked for a family meal and I wanted all original. The lady the could only give half and half crispy. I politely said i wanted them all original even if i had to wait and the lady said she couldnt do it. The third time my brother went to buy lunch and they told him they didnt have chicken... a chicken place without chicken. Never going there again and would not recommend to anyone.

I came to This KFC today between 12:30 and 1pm on February 23rd. The girl who took my order in the drive through was very nasty in her demeanor and facial expressions, she presented very unprofessional energy. I was very nice to her, I said thank you after receiving my food, not only did she refuse to say anything back, she slammed the drive through windows shut as if someone made her angry, the window popped open after she slammed it. This was a weird experience. The good thing is that, my order was correct. That’s it.

Ordered 3 (2) piece meals original chicken .. the chicken seemed like it had been refried, greasy and half cooked. The mashed potatoes were cold. The extra crispy meal was not bad because it had slaw and it seemed to cook. I am done with this KFC.. nasty and ghetto.

The lady at the speaker was confusing and instead of explaining she yelled as if that was going to make her statement make sense. Awkward payment and my Nashville hot bowl was swimminh in so much gravy. Its not always like that there

2/7/25 @ aprx 830PM. The person taking my order didn't listen and gave me what she wanted. The person giving me the order had an attitude because I asked her for my mashed potatoes that she did not give to me. I was charged 43 dollars for the 30 dollar meal because I asked for and extra mashed potatoes this is incredible. When I was asking her about the meal she closed the window and ignored me. I will never go to this KFC again, no wonder it has such low rating. They need customer service training and maybe there should be cameras for management to see the kind of employees they have. Rude, disrespectful and thieves.

We spent $65.00 today 2-23-25, an 8 piece bucket of chicken and two tender meals, the bucket of chicken had 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks. No white meat at all. Rude people to, will not go back
( about 20 min ago)I'm not a picky person and definately not a rude one. sometimes I want food from diffrent places. Today I wanted chiken only from here. I pulled up to the drive thru and asked how much for 1 wing and 1 thigh. The operator politely asked me what pieces. I told her. She took about 5 min trying to figure out the price wirh help. A guy took over the order and asked me to drive ahead. I proceeded to ask what is the price. He insisted that I drive forward and I hadnt even ordered. Just asked the price. So,I pulled forward, He then said it's $7. -- something and so I asked was it with a soda. He seemed irritated. Then he says no. Do I want one. I literally pondered for about 2 sec and he proceeds to tell me "Just to let you know" were on a timer in the drive thru as to rush me. You took 5 min to give me price and not even 2 min to decide what I want. BTW it was empty. There was not 1 other car in the drive thru. I thanked him for his time and pulled off Customer Service needs some improvement

Experience AWFUL, asked for a mash potato bowl, very dry, where's the gravy 🙄, cheese NOT melted, chicken hard as hell, ask for salt and pepper packets 🗣️🗣️WE DON'T HAVE THOSE...........if I had to give her a rating for customer service 1-10 she'd get a 2! Then she quickly slammed the drive-thru window I couldn't even ask for anything else like extra napkins! and the people want a RAISE........GIRL BYEEEE guess I'll be tossing these hard chicken bites out the window🤦🏾♀️

Went to get some food yesterday, I ordered my food but once I got to the drive thru I was told to go back again in like to order because they “couldn’t hear me” it was a lie! They repeated everything I ordered. The girl was rude!!! Don’t go there, the Store on Mitchell and 16 is way better, can’t believe still I was treated like that while pregnant- where is the sympathy on people nowdays?

Ordered food online through their website for delivery. The delivery was through doordash and the order said it was sent to the store. An hour later when food was supposed to arrive I got a message saying the store cancelled my order. I then tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. I think this was a blessing in disguise because after reading reviews and seeing the quality of the food served here I'm sure I would've gotten sick. 🤢 Stay away.
