Never opens on time… why not just adjust hours if you won’t be open when you say you are. I’m going to the KFC down the street lol this is crazy.

KFC on Miller Park Way has been a consistently bad experience. It is poorly managed and the employees are outright rude! On one visit i was even swore at by the employee at the drive thru window. I will NEVER visit this location again. I highly recommend staying away from this location!

11/25/2025. Ordered online to pick up in drive-thru. When i got to the window they never acknowledged me handed the food to me and closed the window. I made sure things were correct i was missing biscuits. While still at the window the employees continued to talk and noticed me but would not open the window. Finally they did and i nicely said i am missing 2 biscuits. It seemed to be such an inconvenience to them to give me my items i paid for. Then when i got home I took items out of the bag and I received 2 bowls which one was suppose to be a pot pie, but wasn't. Tried calling the store nobody would answer. Worst EVER SERVICE. I spent almost $25.00.

Possibly the most mismanaged fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone here 3 times and every time my order has been wrong and taken twice as long as the estimated time

My last two pickups have been pulled horribly wrong I just got back and it was supposed to be six pieces of chicken and six pieces of chicken strips needless to say I got six pieces of chicken when have they ever sold a 6 piece of chicken and of course they don't give you a receipt so you can't go back and complain about it so I'm doing it here

They initially told me it was a 15 min wait for chicken, I said ok, I ordered chicken still, and he increased the wait to 35 mins. That seems malicious and like the workers do not care about their jobs. Do not waste your time here, they do not provide anything at all.

It was 6:30pm, they were not even very busy. We stood at the front counter waiting on someone to take our order for 10 minutes. The only reason I waited that long is because I was really craving some chicken. The workers looked at us multiple times but wouldn’t come take our order. I decided it wasn’t worth it. Not worth giving my money to a company who hires workers who don’t deserve the pay for their horrible service.

*3 year update* Still quite possibly one of the qorst restaurants in Milwaukee. Told me it was a 30 minute wait 5 minutes after telling someone else it was 25 minutes for the crispy chicken. I was shocked, he said he was wrong it was a 12 minutes. 25 minutes later I have my food, made my famous bowl wrong and forgot sauce and utensils 🤪 Oh I also had to clean my own table because all 11 tables were dirty 🤪
3 years ago: I was trying to look at the drive through menu and they asked me to leave and come back once i knew what i wanted because the drive through is on a timer. but i cant look at the menu if im not in the drive throgh. whatever 🤷
