Terrible Service and Zero Accountability
Placed a $65 order through DoorDash for this KFC location, and when the driver arrived, the staff claimed they never received the order. Even worse, they refused to cancel or fulfill it, leaving me completely stuck. Now I'm out $65 with no food and no help from the store. No effort was made to resolve the situation or take responsibility. Absolutely unacceptable service—avoid this location if you value your time and money.

I ordered on kfc online, and my order was sent to this store, I come to pick up my order and was told it was canceled, I called kfc because I did not cancel my order and I have the email of the order ready confirmation, I went to the store with kfc on the phone and by miracle my order just had come in (40minutes later) and waited 15 minutes for the order to be made, 0 customer service the vibe was horrible better off buying chicken from the corner stores.

I wish one star wasn't required. I've been to other locations and never experienced this type of unprofessionalism, you can walk into the location/other locations regardless if you were a door dash or any other company. Also, the store days and hrs do not match other stores and locations. I asked the person that FINALLY picked up the phone "why do this location have different hrs and days then any other location?" She said" because we're in the hood". So, If I wanted to order I would have to stand in the drive thru because the lobby is closed and that's it. KFC you have a specific location that represents your company. If you will not do anything about it....then you should close the entire store.
Visited the KFC on 3440 W Foundulac Ave Milwaukee WI 53210. So I get to the drive thru at 4:46pm on Sunday July 30th 2023 and Im told that they are closed due to a shift change and that the wait will be 10 to 15 minutes. So I told the young lady that I will wait and she said yeah but you can't wait in our drive thru. I believe that to be a tall tell and ridiculous. What kind of Management is this. I sit in the parking lot and wait and watch as car after car doesn't get service. Had to have been at least 6 cars. If the store owner wants to know why profits are down, why they loose so much money. It's because the workers don't wana work. They turn down customers. Shift change should not mean the store is closed for business someone should always be available to take your order.
