Fod took an hour, was short a dip in my new dip box, fries were cold and soggy, and I only got 3 potatoe bites.... very sad reffer connoisseur sadly let down KFC I hate leaving reviews like this but heads up for tomorrow patrons

Someone named ziya, has an attitude right off the bat. She took my order with impatience and disrespect, she wasn’t even listening so I had to repeat my whole order after she told me herself that she’s ready for me to order. Then got my order wrong and when I came back around and asked for the sauce I ALREADY asked for, she told me I had to give back the sauce that I have in exchange for a different one then told me to “have a better day” in a rude tone and slammed the window in my face. Will never be back here.

The front counter lady I think her name was Liz showed great customer service made sure my food was prepared and correct if I'm going to any KFC it's the one on 60th and fondulac
I ordered from the drive through, and it took so long for someone to take my order I eventually said hello to make sure it was working. I ended up still having to wait to place my order and no one was in front of me but there were plenty of people behind me. Some even started to honk their horns. Absolutely too slow.

I may just be done going to All KFC's I went to three of them in one day and have poor service one of them said the cook just showed up so they didn't have any chicken and the other you had to go inside in order to be serviced which there were not many customers in line there were seven or eight employees so I wasn't sure why we had to go inside and could not use the drive through. So I will not update my post by saying the KFC on 60th Street only in Milwaukee is the best KFC in the city I will continue to go there as long as they continue to have fresh food and not a long wait time
