We were in the drive thru today. No other clients before or behind and no clients on the inside, but we were denied services and treated poorly. My husband approached the drive thru and instantly the guy told us, it’s going to be a 20 minute wait because it’s a holiday being a day before thanksgiving. We said okay it’s fine, we then asked if we could order a $20 fill up box the guy then passed us to a lady who told us they can’t sell it, as they do not have it. And she did not seem to want to take any orders. We then said okay and left driving out we seen them on their phones just sitting there. Close this KFC if you cannot afford to hire people that actually want to work and treat people nice. I am very disappointed!

This is by far the WORST KFC in Milwaukee! The fact you have to wait for 25-30 minutes for your order. Always under staff, they're always telling you to go thru drive thru when clearly the inside is open. Please make sense. Today I was told that I couldn't place an order because of a shift change but yet they have chicken up a worker sitting in the lobby eating.... Like how long does it take to put two pieces of chicken in a box. I'm so over this place.

I just sent someone here at 11am (when they say they're supposed to be open) and he was turned away because they said they had "nothing ready"! Was asked to come back 30 mins later...they missed out on a large order due to poor planning. Yall seriously have to do better...

My mom comes through drive through and the clerk says “the cook went on break” meaning no food will be made. Just shut down the store if no one wants to work. A chick fil a would work better at this

Worst experience ever. Went here on 9/26/23 after work. Went in I guess drive thru was closed. The atmosphere was horrible. Loud music blaring with curse words and the cook yelling the lyrics. The counter person had no social skills & called us all BRO BRO as he took our orders. The manager condoned it all as he came from the back just as unprofessional, wearing 1 glove that he touched the register, counter , money & prepared the food with. Horrible place!! Will NEVER return. And hopefully the other patrons right a review that were there this evening.

Placed an order 1.5 hrs before closing and set for delivery. 3 combos were scheduled for delivery 1 hr before closing and the store canceled my order. I called the store and was advised they didn't have chicken. How does KFC a chicken restaurant not have chicken 1hr before closing. It's sad that businesses operate this way. Just trash.
The owner must do not care about the chicken because the chicken was not mixed correctly and the ratio to salt is to salty. This place is definitely going to go out of business if the owner does not take ownership of there

My family and I always take my mother to KFC to pick up an 8-piece family meal with mac & cheese, mashed potato and gravy, and biscuits. Sometimes, she buys coleslaw. The original is her favorite. The chicken ? was good ?.

The chicken was KFC good but the service sucked! They tried hard but it took too long to be waited on then I had to wait 6-8 minutes to get my meal only to find out the meal they gave me wasn’t the order I paid for so I had to go back around the corner after I left to get the original order I requested!
