I had ordered a 16pc extra crispy meal, one side of mashed potato with gravy, and two sides of coleslaw. And did not get any gravy and was only given 8 out of the 16 pieces of chicken. And I also did not recive all 8 biscuts either. That's over $20!
I could go to mc-donalds across the street for that money and get everything I ordered there.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and my sandwich was dry as a desert. My fries were cold. And my KFC bowl had 4 pieces of chicken and barely no gravy. Oh and my sandwich bread was smashed.. this is the worst kfc.. $17 i spent.. I didn't want to return it because it would take forever and I was hungry.. oh and they were out of ice. I wish I could give them 0 stars for food..

Everything about this KFC is very rude, from the owner as he stated to the staff. I went to the drive thru and order a $20 box. The rep advised me fries were out I told her I would wait she confirmed it would be 15 minutes. I went inside where I could visible see the manger sitting and another man who told me he is the owner. Less than 3 minutes after going inside my order was ready. I took the bag and looked at what I was given and the order was wrong she gave me wedges instead of fries. I kept calling the rep. She ignored me. I brought the issue to the managers attention and told her I don’t want her to fix my order. The man who said he own there when I was asking for a refund told me I need to get out his store…The irony!!! This is after I spent myyyy money then told me no refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SPENDING MONEY HERE….this place needs to be cancelled/closed. I wish I could give them a zero star. The owner needs to be trained in de-escalation and the staffs need better customer service skill.

Omg the hot and spicy wings were awesome. Mgr Dorris convinced me to try them. Very friendly. Great recommendation. They were nice and hot. Next time I'll try the BBQ ones.

Ordered a 3 piece tenders combo today the fries was so hard its like they was old and was redropped in the fryer. This meal was $10 too much and I got that crap for my money. Will NEVER return to this KFC
