I ordered a large tenders meal for delivery through Grub Hub. After waiting over an hour and tracking the driver on the app. I could see the driver at the restaurant for over ½ hour. I get a text saying my order is csncelled. No reason was given. This is the 3rd time this has hsppened to me here. This was an $81 dollar order. I can't believe that the owner of this business would be happy with this.

Came to pick up order I placed online for $55 and their out of chicken (hot wings) and they can’t refund my $ I’d have to contact customer service… Staff was cool and I understand it’s not their policy. But this isn’t ok

You should be ashamed at the service you are putting out there. 2nd person in line and waited 45 minutes for 6 wings and wedges. 10 minutes after opening. Every employee had their take at wings and chicken before me. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I eat KFC 4 times a week but will go out of my way 30 minutes for it. Because rather drive that sor and watch employees eat before my.order is even attended too

The workers were on there phone we sat in line for like 25 minutes and then the worker gets a call while taking an oder and decides to take the call and hold up the line longer.

Worst place ever. Waited 15 minutes and asked how much longer they couldn't even tell me. There were 5 other people waiting. So miss managed and no organization.

2 stars because they are quick. 0 for the food. I swear they make all the food in the morning and dole it out throughout the day. Everything was soggy and didn't have the pickles removed like requested. Clearly they didn't make new food.

Avoid this KFC unless you enjoy wasting your time. Waited 20 minutes only to be told they were out of chicken... at KFC, where chicken is the main thing they sell. To make matters worse, they couldn’t even issue a refund on the spot and told me I’d have to contact corporate instead, wasting more of my time. This is hands-down the most ridiculous and frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. This place needs to be closed down. Idk why KFC is letting it tarnish their brand.
