Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered food at 5:00 on the APP for 5:30 pick up. I guess that is a cruel joke. They didn’t start my order until I got here. Have been here waiting since 5:25 it is now 6:23 and I just got my food. This is ridiculous. I was told 3 times that my food was almost ready. I didn’t hear any live chickens but I think that is what was taking so long. They couldn’t catch them.

Ordered and paid for 4 chicken littles and a large fry in the drive thru. Told to pull around front and they would bring it out. It took 24 min and they never brought out, we went in; we were only given 2 chicken little sandwiches and fry. There were many unhappy customers along with us. Extremely poor service!

Now i see why most KFC are close …never have i seen so many stupid people working there …i mean i rather they hire illegals at least the orders will be right and the wait times would be faster …how do you miss 1/2 the order ….doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that out …6 pc besides 8 ..tenders were all missing ..all the sides were all missing …and to wait for 1 hr just to mess up a order … anybody can be a manager there

Old bald headed black dude behind the counter has attitude for no reason acting all sassy and disgusted at the fact I took an extra 3 seconds to contemplate my order. Only to assertively say that they didn’t have any chicken sandwiches as if he was happy he ain’t have to make my order.Wasn’t even going to incorporate the fact I waited 15 minutes for all this to go down.Management need to remove this 50-60 year old dirtbag trying to press up kids for ordering sum food. I'd give a ZERO if I could, horrible. I ordered a 16pc meal with potatoes, corn, and Mac and cheese. They gave me SIX pieces because their printer was out of ink and it erased the 1???? They also gave me coleslaw INSTEAD OF POTATOES like why would you give us gravy and no potatoes??Horrible.We had to wait nearly 45 minutes for half a meal? Contacting support right now. We were on a road trip to see family and we were too far by the time we realized.Ruined birthday, 0/10.

I recently visited the Lover’s Lane KFC, and it exceeded my expectations. The crispy fried chicken was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked, and the variety of sides complemented the meal wonderfully. Mash potatoes and gravy was delicious. The corn was a little over cooked but some extra seasoning and it was great. Biscuits were soft and fluffy. The service was prompt and friendly, they politely let us know immediately that it would be a 15-20 minute wait for fresh chicken. There were 5 orders ahead of us. We ordered the 12 piece meal and only waited 10-12 minutes. The manager double checked to make sure we had everything, making it a delightful experience. The dining area was clean and well kept. They definitely have turned this place over. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend KFC for anyone craving fried chicken locally. Five stars! (Team working 01/30/24 night shift was awesome)
