Likewise Coffee - Milwaukee

I had a strange experience at Likewise Coffee. I ordered a small iced coffee but was charged for a medium. When I mentioned that I had asked for a small, he walked toward the cups to show me and said, “As you can see, we have a large cup and a small cup.” This was confusing because the menu clearly listed three options—small, medium, and large.

He then said he would just dump some coffee out of the smaller cup (which looked like about an 8 ounce cup) and asked if that would work for me. I simply said no and walked out. The whole interaction felt very bizarre- but hey, at least I saved five bucks.

seating is always available when i visit

there is street parking. you may have to park a block or two away but it is worth the short walk. the location gives you a beautiful view on your walk.

this is a top recommendation to anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee and a welcoming environment.

Great coffee shop with lots of plants and a spacious layout that’s perfect for working, chatting, or just hanging out. The coffee and pour-overs are delicious, and I really appreciated the variety of gluten-free options. The baristas are knowledgeable and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Solid spot I’d happily return to!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Milwaukee! The coffee is really high quality and always prepared perfectly. You can tell they pay attention to the little details and care about the quality of everything. The energy and atmosphere is great with all the plants, natural light, & open space.

The cutest little coffee shop! Great sunlight and inviting atmosphere. Came in here for a latte, they have alternative milk options so they get it. I would definitely come back here. Only thing is the plants need love tho.

Had a great espresso. The batista wasn't satisfied with his first pull, and instead of just getting it done; pulled a second set and achieved a great espresso. This is why independent coffee will always be better, instead of a consistency towards the "good", they can provide the great. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for the cup Likewise!
