I used to love Kitt's Frozen Custard in Milwaukee, but ever since new ownership took over, the service has gone completely downhill. I placed an order about an hour before the restaurant was set to close, and after waiting patiently in the lobby, I was informed that my order had been canceled because the staff was ready to leave for the night. To make matters worse, they even went as far as turning off the lights while there were still customers inside.
Despite being told that my order was canceled, it was never officially taken off the list until I demanded a refund. It was a completely unacceptable experience and I will not be returning to Kitt's Frozen Custard anytime soon. Avoid this place at all costs.

I got a Carmel Cashew sundae 2 scoops. Looked like 1 scoop with maybe 5 cashews. I have not been to Kitts in maybe 6-7 years. Very disappointed very skimpy! Back to Culver's it is. 🤔Do better Kitts. You use to be one of the top ice cream spots in Milwaukee in the summer.

after looking at reviews, i almost didn’t come. i haven’t been since new management, like many other reviewers, but wanted to give it a shot regardless. i do regret my decision. i’m not mad about service. single dude was very nice and got right to my order. had a good chat with the ladies waiting with me. i am a patient person always willing to let food staff take their time. ordered a double cheeseburger. the burgers were way bigger than expected. very shocking, but i guess i should have known at it coming to about $11. the custard is why it’s two stars. i ordered a kitts special with strawberry custard. the custard had a not good icy texture. the flavor was not good and the texture was, to me, inedible. my girlfriend ordered a strawberry deluxe thinking marshmallow would be fluff. it was mini marshmallow. bummer. definitely not the same after new management switch over.
