So let me tell y’all.. I used to like this place and then I haven’t been here for a while. Decided to go in and order my usual HOT CARAMEL ROYAL which contains vanilla custard smothered in caramel, pecans all thru there, bananas chopped up and all thru there, whipped cream and the cherry.. plus I added marshmallows… Noooooo I got a plain custard cup with a drizzle of caramel on bottom as pictured.. I’m so disappointed. Ohhhh last time I ordered from door dash and they put pineapple in my stuff instead of strawberries and I had to go to hospital for a allergic reaction of the pineapple 🥺 which I didn’t see because it was in middle smothered in chocolate instead of caramel ..

This can't be real custard! My sundae tasted off! The custard had ice in it. The chocolate sauce was horrible. My brownie bits tasted like chocolate cake not like a dense piece of brownie. Never again!

In all my decades of eating frozen custard, I have never experienced ICE CRYSTALS in it. Tonight was a first and last time for us. The vanilla barely tasted of vanilla, more like butter pecan and the chocolate was bitter. Hubby got a brownie sundae and the whipped cream was super artificial tasting and he said the brownie were like little debbie. I truly expected so much more. Very disappointing. We will stick with Gilles or Kopp's.

I placed a phone order March 13th using my Cream City Craving voucher, which expires March 18, 2026.
When I arrived, the person behind the counter refused to accept my voucher, indicating it was fake. I asked to speak with the owner. He claimed he was (lied) and refused to provide his name or the owner (he said it was Kitt’s; however, the owners are actually Ahmad & Jasmine Atrash). After a heated exchange, in front of customers, because this man was so rude to me, I took a picture of him, notified him I would be in touch with Cream City Cravings to file a complaint, and left. I will never recommend this establishment that wants to be in our community, yet not respect its customers.

This place has definitely went down I went for some butter pecan ice cream. I don't know what that was but it was not it. It was something that had a lot of sugar in it with stale half nuts. I would never ever go back

This was my first visit, the wait was horribly long but I won't complain. In my eyes, that's an indication that the food must be great seeing as since they are a to-go spot. Ice cream was great and so was the service. Will be returning soon.
$6.75 for a hot dog drenched in some type of spicy sauce (including the bun) is ridiculous! Not to mention risking one's life driving down Capitol to get there!!
