Called to order the limited edition Snoopy donuts for my mother and they didn’t have them available. Every other Krispy Kreme has them available at all hours except for this location. Tried to even order them 3 days in advance and they’re still “out of stock”. 3 days after today and still “out of stock”. Just make the donut at your donut establishment.

On Friday November 28th at 7 AM central standard time the lobby doors were locked. Them employee directed me to the drive through. So I hopped in my car and drove across the street to DD. They glady had their doors unlocked and I placed an order there.

I arrived at 7am, the doors were locked and the drive thru person wasn't immediately ready to take order. However, I still got what I wanted reasonably quick.

My mom and I visited Krispy Kreme in West Allis for two dozen glazed donuts and a drink, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. We were quoted one price at the intercom, but when we got to the window, the total was higher because the cashier “forgot” to include the drink.
After paying, my mom asked for her credit card back — and that’s when everything went downhill. We spent about 15 minutes searching for it before a manager came to the window insisting the cashier had already returned it. Eventually, we found out the cashier had placed the card on top of the donut box with the receipt, and it slid under the car. To make matters worse, the manager slammed the window shut instead of offering any real help or apology.
This level of carelessness and disrespect is completely unacceptable. The entire experience was unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning to this location again.
