The bartenders attitude was out in left field. Asked for butterscotch shot, the BT was not sure if they served it. The barback was better than the BT!!! Bobby was not there this night! Will never visit unless Bobby is there!! Sorry I stayed for a drink!

Used to be my favorite gay bar; i'd be there every weekend/other weekend... now, it's not worth going to unless it's a holiday/holiday weekend. All the regulars i'd look forward to seeing have moved on to greener pastures. Why? Well, because the demiographics have changed... it's no longer the diverse crowd it used to be; rather it's all 98% one type... and they do not like people who dom"t look themselves. I never have fun there anymore... the last few times i've walked in, i've turned and walked right out. In the daytime it's a diffetent clientelle, but those guys are mostly elderly, and horribly clicky, so don't expect to make friends or have a good time with any of them. I wish it could be like it was sum 5 years back... r.i.p. kruz.

Stopped into Kruz on a trip from Minneapolis. This bar is definitely a local bar, we were noticed right away for being out of town. Typically that could be frustrating, but the staff was very polite, helpful, and made for a really chill experience. They have a quality patio and a nice space. We had some drinks, shared some laughs, and played some darts before leaving back to the hotel. I would visit this location again.

If you want a fun time and a chill vibe, go to Kruz. Russ, the bartender from New York was so much fun to talk with! You'll love him.
For a gay bar, it's sad to learn that 2 of my friends that are a LGBT couple got assaulted verbally and physically here. The bar staff didn't do anything to help/stop it. My friend told the bartender to call the cops, he refused.

I visited this bar and I from out of town when there I ordered a martini there was an ethnic man behind the bar, saying to the other bartender why did you take that order and yes, I’m sitting there listening to him say that it made me feel very uncomfortable and then he proceeded to just loud talk, as if a paying customer was irritating him and so did the others that came with me heard him as well Sir, if you’re going to do that to paying customers, I don’t think you need to represent the establishment Do better please not acceptable however, the bartender that made the martini did a great job with what he had to work with while at your establishment ( this happened 7-25-2024 around 6:30 pm )

I like the layout inside and the outdoor seating even more. I prefer the outdoor seating mostly because I generally go by myself and like to start conversations. The music is louder indoors and not as conducive to conversation. The people I have met have been very nice. I do love the LBGTQ community in Milwaukee. Great people when things are going well in their lives and open and honest when they just need someone who will listen.

Staff disrespectful… I back into a spot and all of a sudden here comes one of the staff members banging on my window like loudly, almost breaking it and telling me I can’t park here. There’s no parking in this place. You can’t get a drink and whoever the staff members that was banging on my window telling me u can’t park here is ignorant n needs to be fired! This was the only gay club that I ever go to , but now I’m no longer ever going back there .. ! Rude disrespectful try to get a drink. It ain’t happening specially on Friday or Saturday.!!!
