If I could give zero stars, I would.
The customer service here is absolutely horrible. As an African American customer, I was treated unfairly and disrespected. After spending money in this establishment, I was denied use of the bathroom—yet moments later, I witnessed someone of their “own kind” being allowed access with no problem. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others, especially Black customers, against spending their hard-earned money here.
Love the ice cream and the horchata

I didn't like the customer service and in my honest opinion they don't care too much for the customers except for their own kind.I felt uncomfortable and I definitely want be going back.
Love da variety of flavors they have.
There is no menu so it's hard to make a decision of what to order or how much things are. I felt overwhelmed! My husband ordered fresas con crema and they were super watery, it was basically a shake with chunks of strawberries. I had an ice cream which it was OK. We're not sure if we are coming back and give it another try. Service was ok.

Came here hoping to buy ice cream, I did not know if there was a line or not so I got close to the ice cream counter waiting to be attended 3 works walked by me without acknowledging me. I said “excuse me” but was ignored and one of the workers was standing infront of me I tried to get his attention but he was talking to his coworker and did not turn to look at me. I wish I could give 0 stars just because of staff being unprofessional.

The workers are super nice and it’s very clean especially when I went into the restroom not everyone keeps a clean restroom but they do, it’s worth the money. Me and my family favorite place
Big, spacious, and clean with lots of ice cream options to choose from. I look forward to trying more delicious treats from this place.
