I tried to enter landmark on my birthday with my service dog. I am epileptic and randomly have seizures. My dog is trained to predict them and alert me before hand. I was denied entry and was asked to provide proof that my dog was trained and asked to show medical information to prove that I needed the dog for medical reasons; they literally said “where is his vest” This is completely illegal and I’ll be filing a complaint with the city and the BBB. This is 100% illegal and unethical. This business should better train their staff on how to handle patrons with disabilities/medical conditions.

I walked in with my service animal on my birthday. I have have massive seizures and my dog alerts me when I’m about to have a bad seizure. I was told I was not allowed entrance. This company is disgusting and I will never be a patron of this company again. I’m a manager of a company in the third ward and I would never treat my guests like this. This is disgraceful and disgusting.

At this point I don’t even look forward to playing with the arcade games , they never fix them . You might as well replace them with More pool tables . And some of them are on without OUT OF ORDER signs on them . So you’re just assuming they work cause of the lights and demos that are playing smh .
The drinks are good though and pool to play . I’m unsure about bowling as I literally see NO ONE bowling whenever I do go there .

Called beforehand, they said it was 21+ AFTER 9:00pm. Walked in at about 8:11pm with my son and we got stopped by some security guard and asked for my I.D. I told the guy I was 21+ and was supervising my son. Technically got walked out of the place when the guy said 21+ only when I called he said exactly 9:00pm kids could not enter when like I said it was 8:11pm. And by the way there were like 10 kids in the building! Will not be returning! Very rude and not caring staff
