Manager and workers are terrible! Order was placed online at 10:30 am, paid and ready for pick up by 12:30-12:35pm it stated. Went to get food, they said they didn’t get the order nor was trying to locate it. My pick up person left after trying for THIRTY MINUTES TO MAKE SENSE OF WHAT HAPPENED. Had my reference number and order number. I get an email saying it’s READY THIRTY MINUTES LATER. I LEAVE work to pick up. Get in store, ppl are everywhere and NO one is being served (exactly what I heard on the phone when we were waiting the first time). Not trying to help, didn’t help and stated they not making me 6 pizzas because they don’t have “dough”. Idk what they were making then because they had flour on their shirts. I asked for a refund, cashier stated “she” don’t to refunds referring to the broken English manager. “She” was rude form what I saw (no interaction with her only with the supposed “cashier”. It was for my students, and this location needs to be shut down. I called customer service this was made for the public to be made aware.

That little boy on shift this morning needs to find another job so icant open the door to get your food and the dude in there to lazy to hand it to me so and normally everybody gives us the food but na he saw me type the code and saw i could t open it and still wouldn't hand me the food the ladies are much more helpful and nice here hes .mother didnt raise him right So I know I look young but im not and I deserve respect and help when I come in there I tried the code and he saw it didnt open and he refused to give ne the food ill pray for him he needs to go fond a jo. He will do his best at

I never got my pizza, I preordered hours ahead, and waited for over an hour. In a very hot tiny room, where my friend and I were harassed, neglected, and hit on. I strongly advice that is place be shut down. Thank you.

I walked in ready to order but the cashier needed assistance with her drawer. As I was standing i saw a white woman making pizzas without gloves on. Come to the front with pizza sauce dirt and cheese on her hands punched in whatever on the cash register than walked right back to the back and dug her nasty hands into a large bag of ripped opened cheese and continued making pizzas. The cashier asked me what I wanted to order I responded with nothing because that woman didn't wash her dirty hands and she dealing with paying customers food. No food poisoning for me I ran out of there. This place needs O.S.H.A. to come here. Hazards all over the place!!

I don't know what's wrong with today's youth, a paying customer comes into the store to buy what they want from Your place of employment, and they looked me in the eyes and said they couldn't make it I had to order what's already made. I'll never return!

When I say 0/10. This place deserves to be shut down or cooperate need to look into this place because the portal doesn’t work, my food took 1hr plus to be made. Floors was dirty and that was tip of it. The pizza in it self was so far from my expectations. Completely burnt and cold and I live 10 min away. I’ve been to many little Caesars all across the states and this place by far is the worse one yet.

The staff here is incredibly rude. They ignored us and had a conversation in front of the register while we waited for them to acknowledge us. I hadn’t eaten here in years, and it seems exactly the same.
Pepperoni pizza looked like it had been smashed into the box. It also looks extremely dirty inside.
If they tell you the order is ready, better wait an hour. They probably didn’t start it yet.
