Was told as soon as I enter they were not serving any hot and ready anytime soon, because they were busy can you imagine that a place that was built on pizza to go no longer honor what they was built for.

Ordered while store was open at 9:12 and was given an estimated delivery of 10:15. Order continues getting pushed back until 11:30. After on the phone with customer service, nobody was of help. Store eventually said they were closed well before original time. DO NOT order from here as you will not get your pizza and will not get a refund. Extremely ridiculous. The lack of customer service is absolutely laughable.

Been there twice in the last month first time couldn't get my food cuz they weren't accepting cash. Today called my order in hot and ready pepperoni n crazy bread with marinara. got there none the people understood or spoke English then gave me both my items but they were other people's orders n my pizza wasn't hot n ready it was rock hard

Very aggressive, long haired teen working there. Extremely rude, yelling at customers. Not the attitude of someone I can trust to prepare my food.
Walked in 01/22/2020. Waited 3 mins before he decided to come to the front. I asked for a hot and ready then he promptly ranted for a min.
Yelling at me about him being stressed out and overworked. Saying that since he couldn't handle the work load, he decided to stop taking walk in orders.
A simple sign in the front door would do. Instead, he's yelling at customers as they come in.
Would not return until they hire new staff.

There service sucked the last time I was there. I called a placed an order at 553. They confirmed 6:20 pickup. I went to the store and wait over an hour for my order. Which was less then 15 dollars. When I asked to speak to management to complain. They never appeared from the rear of the store to speak with me. I then proceeded to call there cooperate store and it was after hours. Then I called back today. And they told me with a receipt there was nothing I could do. After all that I will say this location is mediocre. And I won't be frequenting this store anymore. I suggest the store on 92 & Capital. Never had problems with them.

The last time I tried to come here I asked a friend to give me a ride so I could grab a hot n ready pizza. The guy was super rude and told me they didn’t have any so I’d have to order through the app.
My friend took me home and I went on the app and ordered and walked back to pick it up. I stood there for a half hour waiting and when I asked about my order he told me they could put it in now but it’d be another 20 min.
I asked him to cancel my order and I’d leave and he said “well you haven’t even paid for it yet so…”
I was trying to cancel it so they didn’t make it once I left. I was trying to be considerate but even that made him mad.
And that was all on 11/7/2024 just before 8pm at the Oakland location in Milwaukee, WI.
Just tried calling now to ask if they had any hot and ready and was on hold for like 10 min and gave up.
I get this place is cheap and easy but they could at least try to care about customer service.

Traveling from out of town and needed to quickly feed the family. The store clearly did not process our order, two door dash delivery drivers waited on the order at the store before leaving without the order, called the store and no one would answer the phone, finally they made the order and a door dash driver picked it up (after waiting for 15 minutes), food arrived cold, and was the wrong order. Avoid this store…it’s just not worth it… Horrible service, experience, and food…
This is the worst service and mostly poorly run LCs on the planet. I have made multiple complaints to management and corporate with no improvement over the past 10 years. Avoid at all costs. Dominos is down the street and has better pizza and service.
