I went to LuLu Cafe with my mom and our waiter, Joel, was outstanding! He was very friendly, accommodating, and provided exceptional customer service.
For lunch we shared the homemade chips with blue cheese dip (our favorite!) and we split the Roasted Vegetable Salad with chicken.
We love coming to Lulu Cafe and we've been coming here for years. The food is always amazing and the service is impeccable. They also have a nice bar and a large dining space. We enjoy sitting at a table by the outside window, when it's available.

Do not come here if you have misophonia. The way people eat the homemade chips is as if they've never had parents. And the music isn't loud enough to drown it out.

Came in at 1244 took 15 min for a server to take our order then were abandoned. Went to the bar to get another drink as we could not get the servers attention even when she was feet away from us. The bartender refused to make us another drink until the waitress put in the order so we had to wait for her to come back again. Then the waitress was confused and didn’t put in the drink order as we thought and we again waited another 10 mins. Meanwhile the food we ordered right away was now about 30 min wait on a lunch hour. There are currently 13 tables between 3 waitresses. 6 have food. I mean what? It is now 130 no food and still waiting on that second drink. I guess I expect too much, a waitress that comes to the table more than once. A bartender who has no customers to want to make a drink and maybe tell the waitress to ring it in. Foods great just as I remember it but service is a real turn off.

My wife & I have frequented for years, and they are consistently one of our favorite cafe & bar in Milwaukee. All ages can enjoy themselves. We once rented the private event space and the experience was wonderful for price, service, and food/drink.

My boyfriend and I came here on Labor Day to enjoy dinner just us two. Our server, Joel, was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu (he said he’s been here 11 years!), and recommended some lovely choices. I had the Faux Bahn Mi, a steak sandwich with a delightfully crunchy Asian slaw, and my boyfriend had a burger that he said was cooked to perfection and tasted great. I had an Aperol Spritz cocktail that was great as well. The inside is a little dated, but I also appreciate learning about the history of the establishment from Joel, so I think some points were gained back in that regard. We will be back!
Went here to try food out after years and years of not eating from there to find out it has completely changed and the menu and the food were not what it used to be not only that the food was over seasoned not only was it overseas but we feel like we were overcharged for two burgers with chips and paided over $50 when we were told it was supposed to be 38 did not want to waste our time since it wasn't worth it back when I used to work here as my first job it was 100 times better I have no clue what has happened since then but I wouldn't think twice about coming here not worth it and definitely not worth the price you're better off going to a Culver's

Traveling through town and found this dog friendly cafe. Nice selection of food and beverages. Quick service. Tasty food and water bowls available on request. I definitely would stop here again on my return to the city.
