The food itself was good, but the customer service really missed the mark. From the moment I walked in, it felt like the staff wasn’t attentive or welcoming, which definitely took away from the overall experience. Even though the meal was enjoyable, great food can’t fully make up for poor service. Based on customer service alone, I don’t see myself coming back to this location anytime soon.

Taking my wife to her 1st Mad Chicken Experience (have gone to Oshkosh numerous times) Service was terrible: vaccuming next to us as we ate, no verbal interaction or gratiutude, Food took almost 20 minutes & we were the only ones in the place. Thank God the food was excellent. Nice location, will not be returning. Would rather drive the extra time to go to Oshkosh

Best grilled chicken sandwhich I’ve ever had in my life I think and I’m not even lying. Maybe it’s because I’m hungry too but I’ve never had a grilled chicken that dripped because it was so juicy. 🤌🏼

the owner was very friendly and the food is awesome. my niece and I got jalapeño poppers and the chicken and Mac bowls. the sauce and food is amazing. we will definitely be going back.
