The service is always top notch and compliments the incredibe food. I usually go for the tenders and cheese curds. Both are the best that you'll find anywhere. Delicious, fresh food that is served hot by friendly service workers. A great experience.

Wow, the service from Sherif was amazing. He was really nice, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the menu. The chicken mac and cheese bowl was great. I loved the chicken and tots bowl, and my wife really enjoyed the buffalo chicken wrap.
The real stand out of everything was the cheese curds. Wow. They knocked our socks off.

I ordered online for pick-up at 9:45pm and the eta for the food to be done was 9:55pm. We arrived at 10:03pm. When we got to the store we were asked what the name of the order was and we told the female cashier mine and my girlfriends name and she told us it would be done in 2 minutes (she didnt check any of the names for the orders that were on the rack) We waited approx 15 minutes, she brought out an order and asked if it was our order but another customer said it was his and the female cashier, again, told me the food would be done soon without even asking for our names when she clearly didnt know the name on our order. The male cashier took over and asked us after seeing we were sitting for around 8 minutes if we wanted to order but found out we had an online order. Gave him our names and we got the order that was sitting on their pick-up/ delievery rack the entire time we were there. We left the store at 10:37pm.
I love the food from Mad chicken and actively order from yall but that was ridiculous. Thanks for the wasted time tonight.

Was visiting the fox valley for work and stumbled across this gem of a place, went to the Menasha store one night and it was so good, I went to the Oshkosh store on my way home! I met one of the 7 owners and he was the nicest guy! 10/10 would recommend

I love the food here!! Especially the chicken madness with a side of mad sauce!!!! Service is mid and the environment can be better. I don't really like the high chairs and need more decorations to lighten up the place.
