The service is always top notch and compliments the incredibe food. I usually go for the tenders and cheese curds. Both are the best that you'll find anywhere. Delicious, fresh food that is served hot by friendly service workers. A great experience.

I had an amazing experience at Mad Chicken! The food was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Prices were very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely one of my new favorite spots! Was visiting the fox valley for work and stumbled across this gem of a place, went to the Menasha store one night and it was so good, I went to the Oshkosh store on my way home! I met one of the 7 owners and he was the nicest guy! 10/10 would recommend

The menu is limited, but the food is very good. The counter people were accommodating, and the service was prompt. My order was well packaged and delivered hot. You can eat at the restaurant, but the service is geared more to pickup and takeout.

Fries were stale. Chewy exterior , not crispy. Wing sauce tastes like syrup, way too sweet yet also bitter Chicken wings have obvious burn on ends and no crispiness on skin even though we ate it right away.
