Easter Sunday and one of the few places I found open. I was out for a @WiscoMary Sunday Bloody Mary, and I was not disappointed. Magoo's has their own Tito's infused vodka with jalapenos, their own special Bloody Mary mix, their Worcestershire sauce includes dry rub seasoning. My bloody was served with a cheese curd, before stick, and olive . Connor was an excellent bartender/server. Definitely a great place to watch the game and have their delicious wings. Great staff, great atmosphere, great food.

Visited Magoo's at several different times and have come to one conclusion. Consistently some of the best food and drink in the area. Daily specials, quality ingredients, substantial portions and a well verse kitchen staff. They prepare meals and plate them with consideration for the reciever. They serve it up with Love just like Momma would. Stopped by for St. Patrick's day and was Wowed to the point where I kinda wish St. Patty's day would return a little sooner. That dinner was fit for a king and very reasonable. When your in the Wauwatosa area looking for great food and a clean safe environment Tue-Sun just head to Magoo's on the Mound, Loved it!! And I will be back. Unfortunately kitchen is closed on Monday, bar is open.

Came here for a private party and was SO impressed! The food was all delicious and flavorful . The charcuterie board was beautiful and featured a variety of cheeses, candied nuts, figs and apricots. The bartenders were on top of clearing plates and keeping our party of 80 people full of drinks all night. All in all it was an amazing experience and I’d highly recommend it for any party

Nice place. I went on a weeknight. I was quiet and Not packed. All the machines and tables were available. Some folks were playing Bar Bingo (Magoo style)...I guess. I wasn't offered to play nor did anyone explain what was going on.Not NO ONE Spoke to me!Common Courtesy is Still A Thing!

Their website promoted a free halftime buffet, however, it did not advise that the free buffet was not available during postseason Green Bay packer games! My guest and I originally stopped here after noting on their website that they offered a free halftime food buffet, as well as raffles and other giveaways. They also offered many drink specials during the games which were still offered in the postseason, during televised Green Bay Packer games. However, we learned after arriving that this is not the case for ANY postseason, or playoff games. In fact, after the regular sports season has ended, it's disappointing that; not only was the standard Free Half-time Food Buffet still being promoted on their website, while not offered when the local team was being broadcast... like during the regular season games. But, we were told prior to halftime that the kitchen would be closing in 20 minutes and we should hurry up if we wanted to get an order in as the kitchen closed prior to the end halftime of the local Wisconsin NFL Green Bay Packers playoffs. Despite them having a packed house, which made no sense to me from a business standpoint.Other than that we were rushed in placing our order for standard bar pub food, that would be fried or grilled foods, salads and soups, etc. Other than a few stand out items like the deep fried, wonton wrapped stuffed jalapenos 'Poppers'... Which were remarkable in the fact that they were not the standard frozen pub fair, pre-made precooked and simply warmed up in the deep fryer which can result in soggy peppers and a bland stuffing which cream cheese was not the main ingredient but one of the ingredients. Instead, we were surprised at a somewhat crispy bite, not too hot spice wise, and perfectly cooked! We also enjoyed an order of buffalo style chicken wings which are accompanied with a buffalo inspired suite. Honey dipping sauce homemade, infused with garlic which was fresh and very tasty! The remainder of the menu is what you would expect in a sports bar that serves food which they consider to be a convenience for the customers as opposed to many other sports bars which consider their food menu to be as important as a good sight line to ideally many televisions broadcasting not only the local team, but other teams that might be of interest to local clientele. Having said all that, anytime I go to a place I've never visited, I'll always ask one of the servers, "What are the things that your customers order most often? Or, what's something that customers have said they really enjoy that you could recommend."Additionally, a good indication in my view, is that it's impossible to have too many TV displays during any local sports broadcast if you're going to promote your establishment as a sports bar. You will not be disappointed in that respect. Many televisions displaying the game, all with good sight lines! As an explanation for their kitchen closing earlier than the end of the game, this restaurant is located within walking distance to the Milwaukee Brewers/ American Family Field. The business mainly caters to Milwaukee Brewers baseball fans.It should be noted that during the regular Green Bay Packers season, and I'm not sure, but I believe I was told, during the regular Milwaukee Brewers season, the bar does offer the free all you can eat - food buffet at halftime. While this business considers the GREEN BAY PACKERS NFL football season, and the Milwaukee Bucks basketball NBA season, both to be an off-season activity, that is not their mainstay.Overall, it was a good experience. I'm only giving four stars because they did fail to update their internet website which was still indicating the free halftime food buffet. Which was the reason we chose this business, for this postseason game.

The place is OK. The service from the waitresses are pretty Good, but on Taco Tuesdays, they need to automatically bring you Sour Cream and salsa. You should not have to ask for itParking: Parking is Free but it is somewhat hard to find
