Usually leary of places with huge menus that serve everything, but this place has always served spot on dishes. I also don't usually order burgers but their Asian burger was phenomenal. (Fresh burger not frozen) Cabbage, cilantro, onion, tomato and teriyaki sauce. I added mozzarella and combined it was perfect.

I run a local networking group that meets for breakfast (Business Over Breakfast) twice a month in the Milwaukee area. We had to find a new location and Mai Cafe was MORE than happy to accommodate our request! Our server Carol was fabulous and tended to our group of 20+ attendees all on her own. I received a phone call from the owner (Mai) that evening thanking me for bringing the group to her establishment and she is happy to have us back!Food was great (large menu offered from open to close)Service was fantastic! If you haven't been there in a few years, check out all of the updates they've done - looks great inside! Our first meeting there was great and we look forward to returning in 2 weeks!

The 3 ladies that were there tonight were absolutely amazing and very welcoming. The prices for the food was really reasonable and the food's taste was unreal. It was by far the juiciest burger I have ever had and the fries were perfect. If you happen to be in the area amd have the time for some good food, definitely drop by and order up.

Mai"s Restaurant is an awesome place, it has a bar connected to it but it has a big door separating it, so the bar doesn't interfere with the nice restaurant. The food is excellent and the prices are on par with other places but the serving sizes are bigger. The waitresses are always pleasant and it's a great place for kids as well. The bar has FREE pool and music (as long as you're drinking). Moreover it's connected to a decent priced hotel so you don't have to drive drunk. The drink prices are great as well. It's a very nice place with cheap drinks and food.Vegetarian options: They have fresh made Spring Rolls with no meat. You can order just about anything on the menu without meat so your options are huge.Kid-friendliness: Try the Kids Pancake breakfast, your kids will love it. The waitresses are great with kids too. They also have highchairs and coloring books as well. Kids get a free sucker!Parking: More than adequate parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, and the employees are happy to help.Dietary restrictions: You can order your food however you want so there's plenty of possibilities.

My wife and I were in Milwaukee for 5 days out of the 5 days we ate at a different establishment every meal. For breakfast this place did not have fancy food pretty basic actually, that being said, Wonderful! Portions were perfect, everything was delicious cooked to perfection. I've had fancier meals that didn't hold a candle to how well and reasonably priced this was. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Decor is slightly outdated but the personalities of the staff far outweigh the ambiance.

I stopped here for breakfast as the new restaurant of the week. The place is spacious with high exposed ceilings. The place is very dated with a back lit bar in the back room, It's kinda divy . My service was great with no problems and seated right away. I ordered the Bloody Mary spicy and the meat lovers skillet. The spicy Bloody Mary was very average and not that spicy. The meat lover's skillet didn't take long to hit my table and it looked pathetic compared to other restaurants skillets because it looked flat/thin/squashed. It's the wimpiest skillet I can remember having. The toast was sourdough and slightly better than average but not that artisan bakery quality. The eggs were cooked perfect. The meat lover's skillet had golden hash browns, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, ham, bacon and super thisliced sausage. Overall it tasted fine but it looked so skimpy for a $30 breakfast with cocktail and tip.

Fantastic service and a great find for breakfast! The inside is decorated with a throwback vibe and the menu had pictures of all the items! Everything looked so good I had such a hard time deciding ! Easy stop right off the highway and connected to the hotel with an event space, if needed!
