This is my second time ordering from Marcos Pizza 76th and Good Hope. The first time I was dissatisfied because I ordered a large order and they forgot my salad and dressing I called the store and employees was playing on the phone saying we will put it down and hung up! Im like you dont even know who i am. I was like im never going there again! So tonight 01/24/26 I decided to try them one more time thinking they have gotten better! NOPE! I received brownies with the chocolate wasting all in the bag! It was all over my salad which was opened in the bag! My food was cold! My bowl was very salty I couldn't even eat it with my HBP The delivery person was carrying it all sloppy. I didnt bother to call because of the way I was treated before! Do Not go to this one! It's seems like they just hired a bunch of kids or grown people that act like kids I will NEVER go there again. Maybe another Marcos but never 76th and GoodHope again. It's not worth my $

We had the supreme and cheese steak pizza at work from this location and it was so good that I went and got more after work. The employees were ok but could definitely be more enthusiastic, energetic and attentive when it comes to their customer service skills that’s what keeps customers coming back.

Went into the store, I asked for Three ingredients. Green pepper, mushroom, and black olives. Somehow onion ended up on my pizza. I’m severely allergic to onion and let’s not forget I DID NOT REQUEST THAT AT ALL! I called back to the store, the guy was nice but also mentioned I’d receive a refund. I never received the refund. Also for the order I placed I was over charged. I would have loved to say the food was good, but had I would’ve eaten it … 🤦🏾♀️ Attention to detail is apart of the job description.
They never follow instructions. I always choose contactless delivery and they insist on delivering to a person. Food is overcharged and not good. I hate ordering from here. I will never order from here again.

Hello people, it's Andrew again with another awesome restaurant review for Marco's Pizza.! Well, I've driven past this restaurant for decades and never have been a patron. Sooo, today I thought what the heck, I think that I could really go for some Italian lasagna, so I called them and spent a 20 spot and they told me that it would arrive in about an hour and much to my surprise, they made it to my house in 40mins. The Marco's delivery man was nicely dressed and had a brown bag with my hot lasagna inside of it. I gave him the 20 and away he went. I took the food upstairs to my apartment and proceeded to unwrap the package and there it was,a nicely Prepared tin of the lasagna that looked amazing and I almost started drooling anticipating how scrumptious it would taste. After letting it cool off, I dug in and honestly was the best delivery lasagna I had ever eaten. The cheese was everywhere and the sauce complimented the rest of the entree quite well. This meal also came with 2 large pieces of golden brown garlic bread and it was baked in the oven perfectly and tasted as good as it gets. I ate almost half of the large meal and was completely stuffed to the gills. I sat back and realized that I had spent the best 20 bucks in a long time. So with all that said, you gotta gotta gotta get out to the Italian restaurant called Marco's Pizza and try their cuisine and bring your family and friends and you will be the hero of the day.
