For starts, I am very picky on Italian beef lolsandwiches. So I will say the sandwich was decent. Not the best one I have had but definitely better than a lot of other ones I have had. Only two complaints. First, I feel the size of the bread needs to be smaller or there needs to be more beef. It wasnt a horrible amount on there but the bread over powers. The second thing, the auju was slightly to greasy for me. Good flavor though. Overall, if you like Italian beefs I'm sure you will like this one.

This is sad I have to leave such a low review for a Pizza I actually enjoy. However, two days ago I asked my wife to call and place an order for pick up. She called on speaker and gives her name along with the order very simple Meal deal #1 asked for pepperoni sausage and extra sauce. Gives her the total then hangs up. Couple minutes later same guy calls her phone and asks if she wanted the pizza and said she didn't say if she did or not. Very confused she tells him yes you just have me the total. He hangs up again. Now here we are two days later same guy calls her phone. I call back immediately since she didn't want to answer it and he says "for pick up or delivery" I tell him. "I just got a call from this number" he says "oh someone must have accidentally hit the retail button" and hangs up. Now.. I can provide you with whatever you need to figure out who this guy is and to fix this situation so the problem doesn't escalate.

The service and quality has gotten to the point where we no longer order food from Marco's. I've been going there for 20 years but my last few experiences will probably be the last. We've picked up pizzas that weren't cooked long enough and had a huge pool of grease in the middle. The last order was this disgusting Marco Rollo, it went in the trash. I just can't see giving it another shot. The last four times I ordered I probably spent $150 and every time the food was horrible. It's really sad this used to be our go to place.

Pizza is always delicious! I love that I can request e-z sauce and it’s perfection!! My fave is the pepperoni double dough. Been going to this location since forever!! :)

Food is amazing and was so in the mood for good pizza. Placed my order with a short-spoken, low-energy person, who I felt didn’t care to answer questions. That was a turn off and felt it was best not even to bother to pick up. Didn’t even get a price nor did he ask for a name. Sorry for not claiming my order, I had to think things through in your parking lot. When I was driving away, the Open sign was off at 8:40pm, so it worked out.

I have ordered many pizzas from here since 1991 and I rank them in the top 3 - I love Ned's on 27th, Michelangelo's in Franklin and Marco's. With the loss of Maria's on Forest Home, the selections are getting lower. Service is always fast and friendly. I believe it's the sauce and crust that sets this place apart from the rest.
