Haven’t had pizza from here in probably 25 years because we live too far away happen to be in the area and I ordered a par bake. IAbsolutely phenomenal. I will definitely be back just mad that I waited so long to go back.!! Keep up the good work!!
After going back to Maria's Pizza on Forest Home Ave, I would highly recommend Maria's Pizza to everyone who loves great tasting pizza. The service is Great, the staff and manager are super nice.

My parents ate here when they were kids, and I'm 55 now! So it's been around a long, long time. Every time we would travel to Milwaukee while I was growing up this was a must go spot. They have new owners now, but the kitschy vibe is the same and the pizza is like the same core memory of yesteryear. I was in Milwaukee for my uncle's 90th birthday, with my mom, and we decided to check to see if they were still open. THEY WERE! And we were fat, and we were happy, and we ate ourselves silly and STILL had plenty of pizza to take home for late night snacks. It especially warmed my heart to see photos on the walls of the original staff that served us so many decades ago.

All time pizza classic. Grew up in the area, pizza equal or better under new ownership. Nothing changed. Congrats.
Folks, I lived in New Haven CT which is undoubtedly the pizza capital of USA. I have been all over trying pizza. And lived in NY and Chicago.
Maria's needs to be assessed for what it is. An extremely unique style of pizza. Because of this, you need not compare it to other styles. Respect it for it's own qualities. As thin as any pizza, true Milwaukee style cracker thin type crust, but still done in a way nobody else does.
If you like pizza tourism across America, you won't regret Maria's. Truly a classic spot, untouched for several decades. Places like this in America are almost gone.
The reviews are extremely suspicious imo. Nothing has changed. Quality remains excellent.
I can only guess someone might be bitter they weren't able to buy Maria's from the original owners, people worked until their 80s before having to sell. Nothing else explains the inaccurate, unfair reviews.

I haven’t tryed there pizza since it was reopened but I thought I would today.
I was very disappointed the pizza was very soggy and the crust was terrible the only think that was good was the breaded mushrooms..needless to say to say I won’t be eating there again it’s nothing like the original pizza was..needless to say my pizza went into the garbage I spent $29.00

I've been going to Maria's since I was a little kid. I've always loved the food here and the pizza here is still what I consider the best in Wisconsin, if not the best ever.
The food is always fast with reasonable prices. My absolute favorite is the pepperoni pizza but I have been really enjoying the garlic bread here too.
The restaurant can get pretty crowded on weekends but if you get there early you should be able to find seating without issue.
