young man who works there is rude. took 10 mins to make an overcooked pretzel, screens of items are not working but, most importantly, speaking to a customer like they are dumb when they ask what kind of drinks you have is immature. you still got tipped but do better or stop working in customer service.

Not willing to make pretzels they carry

Came here 3 weeks ago and ordered pepperoni bites and 5 other bites then there were 7 young men in front of me and my kids it took almost 3 minutes and the young lady then says I had to wait another 15 minutes because there were no more pepperoni bits she had to make them. Today I came in right at 0800, I asked ro order a green go getter. The worker looks confused then says show him, okay you don't know what your serving. I walk ove to the poster and then he goes well we dont have it,but there's several green drinks. Then i ask are there any pretzels, he goes ma'am the store just opened at 0800 it takes an hour for the dough to rise. We'll sir like any other business that sells food your supposed to be in an hour before the store opens to prep so when the store opens your prepared to serve customers.

They open at 8am on Saturdays I was in there at 10:15, just asked for some pretzel nuggets. I tried to pay with cash but they had yet to open the till I said I guess I’ll pay with card in which the employee responded “yea I’d like that a lot actually” excuse me?…you’ve been open for 2 hours? Then to top it off I got COLD nuggets that I could wring butter out of. Location’s a disgrace to the franchise. Glad i’m just visiting

ive been waiting for this location to open for soooo long and i am honestly blown away with the changes. it’s wonderfully redone and clearly under new management. the woman at the register was so kind and patient and truly my day was made!! do not let the old ratings push you away from this place!!!

I went to the pretzel place since I had cravings for pregnancy, don't go, don't buy here. I told the cashier to change my pretzels because they were hard and old and I don't change them apart from the fact that the smoothie I made tasted awful, the least I knew was strawberry and banana. I ended up throwing it when I got home.

For those of you who are hesitant about the location due to the reviews, don't be. This location has been fully remodeled and is under new management. I was shocked when I walked inside with how great the remodel looked!
The staff were absolutely lovely. I was the first person to place an online order and use the Jamba Juice app rewards in their store since the remodel. Even though their systems were brand-new and they were struggling with some technical difficulties they were wonderfully patient and accommodating. Additionally, the food was excellent and my smoothie was utterly perfect.
Give this location another try, it's had a huge glow-up! I'll absolutely be visiting again.

My pretzel wasn’t even done and my green juice was masseuse wrong you could see all the power in it. You could tell she didn’t know what she was doing I ended up with 2 cups never had this problem at the mall

Wow! I can't believe how many negative reviews this Auntie Anne's received! I personally have never had any problems any and every time I went here to this location. I'm so sad that a lot of people have had a bad experience. Please don't let it ruin your love for soft pretzels! LOL....???
