They open at 8am on Saturdays I was in there at 10:15, just asked for some pretzel nuggets. I tried to pay with cash but they had yet to open the till I said I guess I’ll pay with card in which the employee responded “yea I’d like that a lot actually” excuse me?…you’ve been open for 2 hours? Then to top it off I got COLD nuggets that I could wring butter out of. Location’s a disgrace to the franchise. Glad i’m just visiting

ive been waiting for this location to open for soooo long and i am honestly blown away with the changes. it’s wonderfully redone and clearly under new management. the woman at the register was so kind and patient and truly my day was made!! do not let the old ratings push you away from this place!!!

I went to the pretzel place since I had cravings for pregnancy, don't go, don't buy here. I told the cashier to change my pretzels because they were hard and old and I don't change them apart from the fact that the smoothie I made tasted awful, the least I knew was strawberry and banana. I ended up throwing it when I got home.

For those of you who are hesitant about the location due to the reviews, don't be. This location has been fully remodeled and is under new management. I was shocked when I walked inside with how great the remodel looked!
The staff were absolutely lovely. I was the first person to place an online order and use the Jamba Juice app rewards in their store since the remodel. Even though their systems were brand-new and they were struggling with some technical difficulties they were wonderfully patient and accommodating. Additionally, the food was excellent and my smoothie was utterly perfect.
Give this location another try, it's had a huge glow-up! I'll absolutely be visiting again.

My pretzel wasn’t even done and my green juice was masseuse wrong you could see all the power in it. You could tell she didn’t know what she was doing I ended up with 2 cups never had this problem at the mall
Wow! I can't believe how many negative reviews this Auntie Anne's received! I personally have never had any problems any and every time I went here to this location. I'm so sad that a lot of people have had a bad experience. Please don't let it ruin your love for soft pretzels! LOL....???

This is THE WORST Auntie Anne's I've ever patronized. My family stopped in to get 3 pretzels. 2 Almonds and what was supposed to be cinammon sugar bites. The Almonds were terrible! And, they got the order wrong......instead of cinammon sugar, we got plain salted bites. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that until we were 20 miles away. The best thing about his visit was the Carmel dip.

My husband and I got married at the Ivy House on April 16, 2022. We wanted a late night snack for our guests. This was a part of our wedding that was really important to me. I wanted it to be fun, and something our guests would thoroughly enjoy. Being a big soft pretzel fan myself, I thought Auntie Anne’s would be perfect! Soft pretzels fit the Milwaukee vibe of our wedding, and who doesn’t love them (especially after a long night of drinking and dancing)?!
I contacted Auntie Anne’s to see if a large late night delivery was possible, and ended up speaking with Cherie. She is amazing! Cherie was so helpful in making my vision for this come true. She was easy to get in touch with, whether it was on the phone, texts, or emailing. She helped me decide on how many pretzels to order, and the variety of flavors. She personally delivered the food to our wedding and did a fantastic job. Everyone was so excited and enjoyed the salty food at the end of the night. If you’re considering a late night snack, do it! You won’t regret having Auntie Anne’s at your wedding. People will keep talking about it after too!

Man how horrible was my pretzels from this location they were burnt and hard as a rock I almost broke a tooth no joke it was horrible I ordered thru UberEATS I will be contacting corporate to get my refund or a voucher for the Mayfair location where they do the pretzels beautifully soft and delicious ? with the cream cheese not salty cheese ......and another thing this location never open really and closes way too early when it is..0 stars from me ....☮️✌️
