Staff that is incredibly slow, lazy, and rude, with a condescending attitude toward students. They get paid $15 an hour for them to sit on their bums looking at their phone all day and not trying to do their job right. The entire day is an "eating and looking at their phones" break for them. This is not right for the incredibly hardworking students who have to work two full time jobs and get all As to support themselves, and to actually want to make it in this world.
