The team here is absolutely incredible! My coworkers and I shared a meal here, and we were thoroughly impressed by the staff and the food. Emily, the manager, was incredibly kind and understanding when I lost my recipe. Within minutes, we had a solution. I’m definitely coming back here!

Really enjoyed Maxie's! It's hard to find good seafood and southern food in Wisconsin, but Maxie's hit it out the park. Their oysters were phenomenal. The drinks were good. The entrees were huge and were a great value. The fried chicken was delicious as well as the mashed potatoes and grits. The service was also very impressive. Atmosphere isn't anything special and feels a little outdated, but it didn't impact my visit once so ever. We will be back!

Went for date night and got to see Monday night Jazz! Christopher was a wonderful server, super knowledgeable, kind, and very funny. The food was phenomenal, the cocktails were delectable. Can’t wait to come back.

Nice to see no shrinkflation and very good food. It would have been excellent but the cornbread was cold and not fresh. Good selections everyone in my group of 6 loved their meals we all got something different.

I wish I had captured more of the meal. This was our first time and we will definitely go back again. Their happy hour (really two hours 4 - 6) include $2.00 raw, fresh shucked oysters. After getting a taste for them while on Norfolk VA last week, I had to try them here. Yummy. The horseradish is amazing. I'm so so on the vinegar. The cocktail sauce is very good. That said, I only ate one oyster with all three condiments plus lemon on it. The oysters were delicious without the extras.
Now, I had the pulled pork with BBQ Beans. Get ready to get messy. Amazing. Cheryl had the hamburger and she loves it. The sweet potato fries were perfection.
Let's talk staff.
Emily was our server. Such a sweetheart. The young man who brought our water, very sweet. And, the young man who brought our food very nice.
Then, as you know, I like to tell the manager when I love a place and their staff. Mattie is wonderful. Chatting with him was like chatting with a friend.
Definitely a place we will visit again.

The atmosphere was the best part of this place. My family ordered a few different items such as oysters, brisket, wings, Mac n cheese, and grits. The wings were absolutely horrible- soggy and soaked in sauce that no one enjoyed. Cheese bites were over cooked with a burnt taste, brisket drenched in BBQ, and food was like warm at best. Disappointing as we had been here previously when they had ribs and it tasted different.
