Wouldn't let us in despite us being college students who were 18+. They wouldn't talk to us to see our I.D's even though security guard was right there. After not letting us in, we had to go through the drive thru, and then they didn't give us half our order. Awful service. The also gave us the wrong soda.

One is clearly struggling however being respectful and keeping to himself and the manager demanded he be kicked out. All the while she is standing around ordering her employees while doing nothing herself. Deeply disappointing.

I just had to take a moment to rave about our local McDonald's, especially the wonderful team that works there on Sunday nights and throughout the week. My daughter and I have been here probably about 15 times in the last year since moving here, each time, we've been met with fantastic service.
Most recently, on Sunday, December 8th, I was particularly impressed by the staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that our order was just right. It's clear that they take pride in their work! The fries were hot and crispy, and the food was always fresh, exactly what we expect from McDonald's.
What stands out the most is how the team manages to maintain such a positive atmosphere, even amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy store. There’s an obvious chaos that comes with peak hours, yet the staff remains cheerful and seems to genuinely enjoy their work. It’s refreshing to see employees who are not just doing their jobs but are also engaged and happy to serve customers.
We truly love this McDonald's, and it’s the dedicated team that makes our visits special. I really hope they receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work and outstanding customer service. Keep it up, team—we'll definitely be back for more delicious meals and great experiences!
Kid-friendliness: They put whip cream on the shakes for the happy meals! Why does this excit me? I don’t know. But it’s really special every time.

3rd shift Saturday nov 30 put melatonin in drinks , i know because i got very sleepy instantly after drinking my drink not touching the food yet! its not cool to play these type of games w people because ppl are allergic to shi like that i had work and pulled over 2 times because these people thought that was ok….karma now if someone would have lost they life driving behind a wheel being drugged up is insane childish behavior dont go to this mc Donald's they need to be fired

ordered through doordash late at night, a simple 10 nugget meal with the 3 pack cookies and ranch. the dasher got there pretty quick and delivered it fast. when the food got to me it was cold and stale and i never got the cookies or the ranch. the bag was fully sealed so i can’t blame the dasher. So we went ourselves to explain we never got some stuff and that it was cold and immediately was greeted with attitude. “ain’t nothing i’m gonna do about that” there’s plenty of other mcdonald’s in the area so i would recommend going to thoes one rather than this one if you actually want what you pay for.

Employees there have attitude all the time. You can hear and see the frustration when you pull up. When you ask for your missing food they get mad. The attitudes are unnecessary when customer’s are being kind to them. This location needs better trained employees ASAP!
