The McDonald's at 420 East Capitol Drive, Milwaukee Wisconsin is horrible. This maybe the 3rd or4th bad experience I've had, if they don't give you everything that you order or the food is inedible, it is something else. The employees seems to not care or concerned about customer service. They are so foul. The quarter pounder I received was overcooked or it had been sitting very long the bun edges were like toast, that is just how hard it was. Not to mention I had a mobile order and had ordered the 2 apple pies. I was handed the bag and was told my apple pies were hot and fresh, liar! because I am now cautious before driving off, I looked into the bag and only one apple pie, I mentioned this to the person who gave the bag to me and he says "they only gave you one" then asked for my receipt. Someone I guesss the manager says we are out of apple pies, can we get you something else. I am sure they knew they had only given me the one apple pie, in hopes that I pulled off. And you can forget about calling back, they never answer the phones.

My fries was super cold and the worker had a bad attitude and worst of all I had hair in my McChicken and the same worker got mad and threw my money back at me. I asked why they don't wear hair nets and she said they wasn't required to! Weave every where!!! Horrible Horrible. I need to call corporate about the hair in my food

Waited 20 minutes for a soda. This location was low of staff causing them to ignore the people coming in and only handling the drive thru. They were nice, but make sure you go through the drive thru if you want service.
I ordered the quarter pounder meal with a coke and the#7 meal with a coke and because I always begin eating the fries on my home, I attempted to do as I always do. The fries had so much salt on them you could feel the salt in your hand, the salt wojust fall off of the fry, it was so much salt, it seemed like maybe the top fell off the salt shaker or something. But this location served them anyway. I also asked for no onions on the quarter pounder, what I get onions. This is not the 1st my request wasn't honored. It is crazy how the fast food industry now could care less about the customers. Such horrible services.

I've lived here for 4 years and after a couple months I started going to the next closest location because they consistently have terrible, slow service. Every once in a while I'll stop by because I'm going past it, but it's usually bad. I have waited 20 minutes for food at the drive through after ordering only to go in and they forgot I was waiting for food. I've been ignored at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement while the other lane gets addressed immediately. Orders get consistently messed up. Management is incompetent from my interaction with them, and I suspect that's the cause of a lot of issues. I also suspect understaffing is planting a role here.

When your order from this Mc Donald’s expect to not get everything you order. They always never get it right. It’s ridiculous. Like how hard is it to get someone order right. I ordered a happy meal and didn’t get the nuggets that come with the meal. Plenty of time order from here and everytime they always miss something.
