This McDonald's is consistently terrible! I have had many problems in the past like wrong orders, gritty ice cream, cold fries, etc. Today I went buy to grap a diet coke and it was 100% flat! No fizz at all. To make matters work, it is SO HARD to get a refund on a mobile order. The app says to speak to the manager of the location, while the manager says you have to do it in the app. I've given this location so many chances and it will not get another one.

This McDonald’s has been here long enough to have their act together 😡 fries cold as ever then when you ask for fresh fries there’s a problem!!! Took 24 minutes to get a simple order which turned out to be cold and completely wrong!!! Customer service was rude the employee act like they hate to see customers come in! This location should be another location that closes down!!! Apparently the owner doesn’t care much because nothing has changed. Go across the street to Wendy’s and stop eating where they don’t care about their customers! Stop spending money at this location

A place to order on the kiosk then I went to the counter to pay and they said they're only taking card okay understandable didn't get my coupons back that I use or anything so I go back to the kiosk to get some free stuff off of the app and when I got my French fries they tasted like they had been dipped in perfume and I just got home to eat my cheeseburger and the meat is old and there's lettuce on my cheeseburger which I did not ask for and it's drenched in ketchup they're too busy in there chit-chatting with the manager and giving free food to their friends to care about regular customers do better

Always slow service, workers unattentive and rude never get your drinks with your food overcrowded a lot, just terrible. I only go to this location because it's in the neighborhood and my son had a thing for their chicken nuggets.

I’ve never had any issues out of this McDonald’s But McDonald’s in general there was two of them. I had issues with the McDonald’s won’t stand behind their crap. They said they would give me a five dollar coupon for the five dollars that I got ripped off now it’s $10 and they won’t pay me.

I do ny best not to eat here but late might their my second closest option so I decided to waist ny gas and give another shot at their horrible service tonight I had a survey that I did and mcdonalds rewards you buy 1 get 1 free burger I get to the window and was denied services the cashier was to lazy and told me the survey has to be done at the stor in you made the purchase from all lies never been told that and it damn sure is not the information on google.com I normally would've had her get a manager but the people at this store is too nasty that I am to grown to deal with any of them. Triangle your employees properly N they don't answer the phone now
