Terrible service, the place be dirty, when I order food through DoorDash it’s always an issue, food is missing, or not made correctly like today I ordered a breakfast burrito and got only tortilla. They don’t care about customers or people who spend their hard earned money and just need something quick and fast which is sad treat others how you wanna be treated!! Nbs!!

Ordered two meals through DoorDash and didn’t receive fries. Ordered at 8pm. Didn’t get delivered until 8:30. Checked the bag, realized fries were missing, got dressed, drove to this location. Doors were locked so I waited in the drive through with the paper receipt, explained the issue and the worker and manager made it out like I was hustling McDonald’s for free fries. Instead of arguing and causing a scene, I just left. Went to Wendy’s for fries. This location is AWFUL.

I ordered pick up through the McDonald's app and when I got there the crew member locked the door in my face I thought maybe it was the wrong door so I walked around and found more customers asking if the other door was locked as well the drive thru was packed so I didn't have time to wait as I was heading to work.it was only 6:20 pm and they disrespectfully locked the door with no apology or explanation and they don't answer the phone I know it's McDonald's but they could have handled things differently

At this point I need to stop coming here. Burger patties clearly not cooked fresh and asked for no salt on fries got extra salt. Patties crispy around edges been sitting in warmer.

Food is never fresh. You have to make sure the cheese is melted and the fries are fresh. It never fails to get a sandwich with unmelted cheese and old warm fries. You guys really need to do better!!

I honestly cannot even give this Mcdonald one star. Multiple times in one week the food and service have been horrible. Then today they put the empty hash brown package in the bag without the hash brown. Please do not go to this McDonald’s and if you do, check your food while you are there to ensure you have your food and it is fresh and cooked. Make sure you keep your receipts as well and if you get sick just know I warned you!
