Went through drive thru order and #1 breakfast. I asked them to add an extra hashbrown. At the pay window I ask them to make sure it was on there. They lady who could barely speak English said yes. I get my food, check it and the extra hashbrown was not in there. This is the second time this has happened. The service has been poor for awhile now. If your staff doesn't understand the customer(language barrier), how can they give great service? Do better and stop giving your customers attitudes when you mess up.

The fries were pretty undercooked still.. the service was a 1 star because they rush you. There’s a couple that are nice but most of them are rude and shouldn’t work in customer service! ??‍♀️

Recently went to the drive through (no mobile app), ordered two 10 piece mcnugget meals, the fine folks gave us one full meal but only the fries and beverage for the other. Honey mustard and barbecue were ordered as the sauces for the meals respectively, however upon opening the bag at home a terrible surprise lay before me. Barbecue sauces abound, but instead of honey mustard was a single honey container (just plain honey no mustard involved), without the accompanied nuggets.

They never get your order right, always talking instead of getting the orders correct, then they get mad when you show them the receipt and the order was correct but the food was made wrong... Like get it together!!!

You have to watch these workers and how they ring in your food. With the pies they have an option of ringing in pie individually which costs a customer more money even when the customer says 2 pies they want to they ring them up individually rather than doing the two pie deal. Crazy that you got to watch folks do their job to make sure you don't get ripped off. Crazy to me that the response was we ring up how the customer asks cuz not everyone knows about the deal. so you have 2 say 2 pie deal. Blows my mind. Than to further be told that corporate does not want to allow cash refund and would rather barter in food. Hell no I want my money back that I was overcharged.
