This one location always cancels my order made through the app. I never have this issue at any other location. I placed my order well before breakfast cut off. The staff blamed the app even though I don't experience this issue with anywhere else. I would guess they didn't want to make my order and canceled it.

This location get very busy during the rush hour times and the employees be so stressed out because of a couple angry customers and take it out on other customers. If you Gon eat here go through the drive through for sure

I had to go pick up my food at 8 p.m., and they took more than 40 minutes to prepare a DoorDash order. The workers were on their phones and had no sense of hygiene at all. There were people with long hair without any kind of hair net, and they get upset and yell at you when you tell them you’ve been waiting for a long time.

Just wondering why online and at the restaurant posted on the front door it says open for take out/Lobby open at 5am. And I've came here multiple times shortly after 5am and the door is always locked. And when the staff sees me at the door they just glance at me and continue working. So am I to assume that the posted hours of operation need to be changed or is there some other issue that needs to be resolved??

They’re super slow, this order was supposed to be ready by9:13pm, there’s like 7 people working but no one seems to care, they’re just talking, laughing, and they’re rude saying they’re short handed! The order is only nuggets and fries 😪😅
Drive thru experience is terrible, staff isn't friendly and order thru app never ready at the time of pick up. If these employees know customer service isn't it why apply and be rude throughout their shifts.

This McDonald's is horrible, the service takes forever, waited 25 minutes just for a cheeseburger and 2 cokes, then they said they ran out of McDonald's pieces 😭 will definitely not be returning ever!!!

I went in today and ordered 5 items. They made me wait 30 minutes just to get my food. While waiting all I saw were the workings fooling around. Throwing sauce packets at each other. And the workers were also just talking to each other. Mind you I ordered before other people and they got their food first.
