Don't bother going to this place this place is absolute trash customer relations and customer service I tried to use my app reward and specifically list on their all eligible items and it wouldn't honor the item that I wanted you want to sit there and argue with me when it's clearly states right in there the item that I wanted is listed in there as eligible and they told me to go to a different location instead of then. What a joke

A miscommunication led to a long wait time. When brought to staffs attention, they rushed to get my order right and were courteous and professional.
I purchased food and coffee but it was very cold and then I asked the front desk lady to take it back. She was refusing it also very rude to me too. My hard working money got wasted and I feel very bad for stopping in this location.

The service and food at this McDonald’s can really be hit or miss and today was hit.
It was hit because the young people working the drive thru were pleasant, respectful, efficient, and the food was fresh.
I hope our young people are taken care of at this location. Giving praise to the young man who took my order and the young lady who served my food. Keep up the pleasant and resilient state of mind and great work! 🙏🏼
