Come at 7:40 AM to order breakfast. Nothing is unlocked. I can see workers and cars out front. Don't even know if the location is open anymore.

I placed an order thru the mobile app. I get there. Pull to front and park where I am informed. I let the store know im there. I get a notification that the order is ready and someone is bringing it out. I waited 15 minutes looking over my shoulder for this order. I tried calling the store, they don't answer, a voice-mail picks up. I go thru the line and ask why my order was not brought out. I never got an answer, just pull to the 2nd window. Then they inform me there isn't a frappe. When I get to the window I ask could they substitute it with a vanilla shake. Someone at the register said I already refunded you, so no and gave me the refund. I pull off, bc Ialready didn't like the area (my app connected the wrong store). I get to where I'm going and half the order was missing. Yeah, never again.

This was the last time eating here,my dog loved there fries,and we could not walk by without getting them and eating outside he passed away on March 6,haven't been able to go by there since,staff would watch him bark,if the fries were not coming fast enough for

Workers standing around talking, customer standing around waiting to be served, very unorganized, workers running in and out grabbing food in eating etc.
I asked to speak with the supervisor because of my issue. Turns out she was the problem! Very unprofessional and rude. She refused to give me her name or a corporate or management phone number. If she is in leadership, I understand why the service is terrible!
