In the drive thru this am and ordered a sausage biscuit meal. The biscuit had a freezer/frozen taste to it. My hashbrown was Luke warm and chewy. It took 26 minutes to order and receive my food with 4 cars in front of me. The lady taking orders was barely coherent, eyes half closed and sounded asleep. The lady handing out orders was on her own and very behind learning recipes from a book for new drinks. God only knows how long my food sat before it was given to me. I was at the window a good 5 minutes...
I wish I could get my money back. After one bite of the sandwich I threw it away afraid to get sick. The hashbrown ended up a one bite thing as well.
Poor food. Poor customer service. Prices ridiculous for nasty food!

Manager is extra. He charged me extra cents for a large soda upgrade when the employee messed up the order. Never heard someone ask for a large meal and only got the large fry but not a large soda. Just medium. Makes no sense.

Went to get some cookies and they said it would be 6 minutes. We waited about 15 minutes and the cookies were stone cold like they sat out all day.

Congratulations, you have successfully stopped me from ever ordering food from here again. 3 out of the last 4 times I've gone through the drive through you given me the wrong food.
The last three times I came back and you corrected the order.
I get it, there's a reason why adults are working at McDonald's so I really shouldn't have high expectations, but at least get the orders right.

Placed my order via mobile app, as I left work at 320 am. Arrive and a line of around 7 cars in front of me. I get to the speaker around 357 to be told they closed the kitchen. I stated I have a confirmation email from 331 am stating my food was ready and to give the code at the speaker. She told me no I didn’t. I wasn’t expecting a line of 7 cars nor was I expecting the workers to move so slow to get said cars through. But why have a mobile app where u can by pass the wait but then end up not getting your food because of a wait?!! You’d think that atleast the mobile orders would be made due to them being submitted before the closing time at 4am for shift change and seeing that they done need to collect any money from u since it was covered in the app?!!
It shows pure laziness, power trip and disrespect. And the way your treated over it makes you want to call them every name in the book and now your the bad guy. It’s quite irritating.
To top it off I continued to get notifications until 5am to head to McDonald’s for an order she claimed they never expected.

Have a sign in the front door saying that the lobby opens at 5 AM and they’re telling me that they’re closed because they only got a few people working not the first Time this happened work is very rude workers cussing out customers

I work at one of the nearby companies I order from this McDonald’s every day, but recently they have been slipping up they had my DoorDasher waiting 15 mins just for my food to get to me and only a burger and a soda was there when I ordered a complete meal.

This location is one of few I frequent. I eat lunch here 5-6 days a week. I am giving a 2 for atmosphere for 1 reason. Every Thursday the students from St Anthony fill your lobby and dominate anyplace to sit and eat and relax or think. They are loud, rude and use foul language. They are loitering, few buy food compared to the amount that are everywhere making noise, screaming, hollering and making out. I’ve witnessed them physically and verbally poke fun of the disabled men that work there as well as say disgusting things out loud . I have spoken to the blonde female supervisor woman and she was short “I’m aware”. She never said she was working on it but when I commented how she was short and inattentive to my concerns as a customer she said “I told you we are taking care of it!”
I highly suggest you control the havoc. Everyone else is so kind and friendly.

I honestly hate this McDonald's there's always something. They don't like to leave the restaurant to do curbside orders so they have the features shut off. Last time we went there and got chicken nuggets. They look like they were cooking for 3 days. It was terrible. I got three medium fries. All three containers were filled with like the bottom of the bag fries. There were tiny little crunchy hard fries. When I went in to get the food because curbside wasn't available, a young man walked past the french fries. Some other kid cut them off and stepped in front of him and he had to sneeze. So instead of sneezing on the other kids back of his neck he turned his head and sneezed all over the french fries that were done cooking.

We never eat at McDonald’s, but came here because of the great reviews for the fast EV chargers. We were not disappointed by them and the breakfast we had while charging. Thanks for being an EV friendly McDonald’s! The EV chargers brought us here!
