I went to the McDonald’s on Layton, and let me tell you, it was a bit frustrating. I went through the drive-thru, ordered breakfast burritos with mild salsa, and had to wait in a long, busy line. The cashier actually read my order back to me, so I thought we were all good. But sure enough, once I pulled out, I found out they completely forgot the salsa.

For a McDonald's that claims to be open 24 hours, turn off your tablet. I have had to cancel so many orders and have taken a high hit on my completion rate as a delivery driver. I get lunch orders and when they do happen to be open early in the morning I am told that they're only serving breakfast, well then why are people ordering lunch from the menu that you put up there? I get an order and drive all the way here and then I'm told that they are closed. I am so tired of coming to this McDonald's and hearing that I can't fulfill the order.
I just want to shout out Rhiannon specifically. She was so helpful, sweet and on point. She went out of her way to take care of me and made me leave with a smile. Very nice change of pace as its hard to find nice people these days. There's also been a few other sweet women at this location but unfortunately I didnt get their names. Thank u all!!

Idk why people are still going to McDonald's. Food sucks, staff is incompetent, prices are higher.
This is the second time my wife went to this location for breakfast and ordered a Sausage McMuffin WITH egg and received the sandwich without egg. She didn't check either time expecting to have the correct order.
I called the location to complain and let them know of this error. I talked to Mike the Manager and his first response was if my wife would have ordered the sandwich with egg she would have received it with egg. Mike literally told me what my wife ordered as if she didn't know. When I confronted him on him telling me what my wife ordered then he told me they get a lot of orders without the egg. So, he tried to excuse the error his location has done twice by what other people order.
He didn't even take the time to look up the order, ask what the receipt listed, or try to look into the situation. He blamed US for the error.
I asked him to speak with a regional manager or someone above him and he gave me a number immediately off his memory. This implies they must get a lot of complaints if he knows the number so well.
If this is the type of manager this company wishes to employ and run their establishment, they'll continue to have extremely poor customer service and lose business.
We're never going to this location again and I'll be calling their office first thing Monday morning.
Do yourself a favor and go to the location on 13th and college. It's much better.

Staffs were kind. It was just normal.
In the drive thru this am and ordered a sausage biscuit meal. The biscuit had a freezer/frozen taste to it. My hashbrown was Luke warm and chewy. It took 26 minutes to order and receive my food with 4 cars in front of me. The lady taking orders was barely coherent, eyes half closed and sounded asleep. The lady handing out orders was on her own and very behind learning recipes from a book for new drinks. God only knows how long my food sat before it was given to me. I was at the window a good 5 minutes...
I wish I could get my money back. After one bite of the sandwich I threw it away afraid to get sick. The hashbrown ended up a one bite thing as well.
Poor food. Poor customer service. Prices ridiculous for nasty food!

Manager is extra. He charged me extra cents for a large soda upgrade when the employee messed up the order. Never heard someone ask for a large meal and only got the large fry but not a large soda. Just medium. Makes no sense.

Congratulations, you have successfully stopped me from ever ordering food from here again. 3 out of the last 4 times I've gone through the drive through you given me the wrong food.
The last three times I came back and you corrected the order.
I get it, there's a reason why adults are working at McDonald's so I really shouldn't have high expectations, but at least get the orders right.
