I ordered 2 hashbrowns and a sausage with a breakfast platter, at the window i was told they couldnt do steak for the breakfast platter, no problem. When i got home the hashbrown and sausage replaced with 3 small fries, which they never said anything about nor did i order three small fries. couldve said something at the window.

Was there Aug. 8. We could not believe how horrible the food was. I can't even find a word to describe how thin the burgers were. So thin they were over cooked to a point of being burnt. We have never seen such a pathetic excuse for hamburgers. We had 1 Big Mac and 1 Bacon McDouble. Both were shocking. Is this what McDonald's has become? Restaurant was not clean. Food on the floors (even a receipt no one would bother to pick up) and tables. People are tired of hearing excuses about lack of employee. Managers need to step up and step in when needed. Not sure we would chose this location again. Will try another location and if the food is the same, then it's time to find another fast food option. There are plenty to chose from.

I ate here often as its on the way to work. They used to have decent staff, however it has sharply declined recently. There is a lady who works in the evenings who is terrible. Does not greet you and has an attitude when you ask about literally anything, like if you are not cut out for talking to people, do something else. no one is going to miss you, bye! She is awful to deal with and makes the entire experience unpleasant, not returning to this location.

Honestly I never really had a big issue with this location until today. I went in to get my daughter some food. The kiosk was not cooperating so we went to the counter. The cashier (an older dark skin lady with super long nails) pulled up our order. Which was incorrect. She immediately got an attitude and told us that whatever we put in the kiosk is what they pull up. I explained that the kiosk was malfunctioning. So she took our order again. I had to do a split payment and when I told her how much to take off of each card she said the system does that automatically. Which it wasn't splitting the payment. So as I'm trying to figure it out myself (cause she surely wasn't helping) the lady was tapping her nails impatiently and huffing and puffing. She said the kiosk would refund what it took and imI still haven't received the money back. Finally a good a good Samaritan paid for my daughter's food. I am coming from a DV situation and don't need the smaddes stress of rude or impatient customer service workers. My advice- she needs to be retrained. You never know who is coming through those doors or what they're going through. Assistance, patience and compassion goes a long way

Went in for lunch today. First thing I noticed was many employees were cleaning the lobby and how clean the lobby and the area where soda machine is were exceptionally clean and stocked. Women's bathroom was clean also.
The order was for two separate orders both using a coupon from the app. The black female employee at the register did not know how to use the app, kept punching stuff in that was not working. Had to call a manager over(Hispanic female). She fixed the first order up in the register and also took our second order that was using an app coupon as well. I'm not knocking the employee for not knowing how to use the coupons, maybe she was new. What I did not like was she had the attitude of a wet mop. No greeting, no thank you, wasn't pleasant in any way shape or form. She just had the look & and attitude of she didn't want to be there and it showed.
Hispanic female manager & Jess(manager) were great. They had the attitude that you want to see when you walk in, inviting, happy, pleasant.

I was at the drive through tonight and asked the guy if I could have my receipt. He was standing right there and he ignored me
and was smiling to himself finally he opened window and I said I was trying to get your attention about 5 times . He made a comment that he didn't hear me for 5 times. I shouldn't have to ask for my receipt anyways. I made a comment to the guy that gave food and he noded his head. I went during the day and had good service. I wont be going to this McDonald's anymore, Great customer service Not

Breakfast food smells and taste like someone threw up while making the batter. Only 2 decent people on the entire staff. Went to an interview and the lady was completely rude, judgemental and downright disrespectful. I won't be going here again.

The food was hot and the McGriddle was crispy around the edges. The service was very good. She sorted out our order as we changed our minds but she got everything right!
