I just want to say they are so rude and they don't do their job like come on you can't take order right smh last time I go there what's sad I live right near by but they are rude from the 1st window to the 2nd window and the girl who brought my food smh 1st window just looks at you don't even tell you the amount to busy having music loud ! Their service sucks !! Them young girls have no home training ! No thank you no have a good night I guess they hire anyone smh come 2nd shift do better ! I hope your boss sees this!!

Poor customer service, great management you guys have. Tried to pay with 2 cards, which I have before at multiple other locations around the city, manager came to window with an attitude right away claiming you can only do cash and card not 2 cards, so I asked to split the orders In 2 so I could proceed and her snotty reply was " you'll have to pull around and re order your already holding up my line" company that only cares about your money and not actually providing real customer service. Hire better people and quit caring about your drive thru times more than providing customer service, Guess I will have to drive a mile further to Wendy's or Culver's and give them my business.

I placed an order on Christmas Eve. After payment and order completion when I rolled up to the window the manager was just yelling through the window we are closed. I asked how I go about a refund and she just kept telling we are closed. Place is always slow and workers are typically rude but man that was uncalled

I went through the Drive thru with my daughter. The girl that was working the DT was very rude. She rushes us though the order wouldn't give me a chance to talk and was very short with us. When we pulled up to the window she was on HER PHONE DANCING around. The food came fast but it wasn't great. The buns were hard. Please work with your crew on customer satisfaction.
We just picked up a mobile order and found one item missing, so my partner went inside to fix it. The MOD was very rude and unhelpful, both to my partner and the staff who tried to assist with the problem. That associate should get a commendation and a bonus, but the MOD needs to be reprimanded, at the very least.

I stop by almost every morning. My order is always accurate and quick. The breakfast food is my favorite. I see wonderful crew of all ages, they are very pleasant to interact with.

Customer service is very important and lacks at most fast food, grocery stores, etc. The Customer service here was what I expect: courteous, greeting and salutation, and prompt service.
They are really scraping the bottom of the barrel finding people to work here. Especially the manager who was extremely rude to a customer yelling at her for no apparent reason. It’s a good thing that I don’t live in this area or I would never go to this McDonalds ever again!
