I sat here for over 30 mins waiting for an uber order today. Never got it. Is McDonald’s going to pay me? No. Will I be reimbursed? No. Never complained, gave them a hard time. Still waited. If you can’t handle the cars shut off deliveries. Like we have money and time to waste we’re already doing a shitty job.

Slow service waited 30 minutes for 3 items took like 12 minutes to take my order employees showed no urgency .After taking almost the last bite of my mc chicken I found 2 long pieces of hair in my mouth . Explained how disgusted I was and said I wanted my money back they said they couldn’t refund me order just replace the sandwich. Terrible service will not be back to this location again .

My mother and I just went to this Mc Donald’s about 30 minutes ago. Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager Sandy and a female who was taking payments at the 1st window in the drive-through. Our total was $22.63. We gave the cashier $40.63. She returned $3.00. I told her the that our change should be $18. She began shouting and screaming at me. Completely inappropriate. She said I gave her $25.63. I did not. I repeatedly told her that I was disengaging from conversation with her until the manager came. She kept shouting and saying, “I know what I’m doing. I’ve been here for a long time, etc…” The rude and insensitive manager came and said, “Why would she give you $40?” I looked her and said, “We gave $40.63 because the total was $22.63 and we didn’t have smaller bills.” She was rude from the moment she arrived to the window to assist. The manager then said, “I need to count the drawer because I am not just giving you $20.” I didn’t argue with her. She told me to pull up to the front and she would come out after counting the drawer. My disabled mother and I waited 15 minutes and still she didn’t come outside. I parked my vehicle and went inside. I informed one of the staff that I was waiting on the manager. A few seconds later the manager appeared and said, “Yeah, I counted the drawer. The money was all there.” I absolutely 100% know this is not the truth. I said, “First of all why would you have us waiting outside if you knew this??? You told us to wait and you never came. I had to come inside looking for you.” I asked for the regional number to file a complaint and request an investigation. The cameras need to be reviewed. They will be able to see if the drawer was ever taken and counted, etc… Sandy (the manager) became very rude. As I was speaking about my disabled mother being in the car, her comment was, “And what does your disabled mother have to do with this?” Little did she know the entire interaction was recorded by my cellphone. One of the customers in the lobby informed me that another employee said the drawer was never counted. Sandy should be more professional in her encounters with customers, as she never knows who the person she is engaging with is in the community. A pillar in the community at that. Attached is the receipt from our visit in case she tries to deny this incident ever happening. I look forward to speaking to regional about this absolutely horrible and demeaning incident.

Also… as a result of waiting for over 15 mins for the Manager to come outside and speak to us (which she didn’t and I had to go inside and locate her) when we got home our food was completely cold. We are beyond disappointed with this establishment for their lack of customer service. We will not frequent this location any longer.

Waited through the drive-through line, even though they have two lanes. I was waiting at the speaker while the employee took five cars from the other lane. Then proceeded to give me the worst service. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s. Employees don’t care.save your money and go to another restaurant. This gentleman did the same thing with another car as well that was ahead of me. I don’t know what that individual’s problem is, but has pushed me off from not going to this location ever again

Can’t get orders right

I will never eat here again! French fries ate raw, under cooked, and nasty. Even when you ask for them cooked longer, so they are hot and crispy, they are still cold, soggy and way under cooked. Trying calling to complain, and no resposse. Next is health department complaint!

Sandwich .20 more then down the street on coldspring,muffin dried out and hard, girl in drive through unfriendly and never spoke when talked to. Might as well have a robot at window. Will drive a few blocks further from now on! Paid 1.99, second $1.00 ,,
