The Latin American manager tried to set my coffee lid so that it would spill hot coffee on me. This after McDonald’s has had several hot beverage lawsuits. It’s part of training how to properly place and secure a coffee lid. Unfortunately, this city keeps you on guard for these types of miserable people. Corporate has been notified and should be clearing the establishment of those with such low-class mentality.

Went to get 2 medium fries, the lady that was there on drive thru on Tuesday October 15th at 3:45pm was extremely rude! She seemed bothered that we got fries thru drive thru n was hurrying us up to drive away telling us very rudely to move along. Picking up thru drive thru is an option when you order online! So what's her problem?

This is a -5 Star & the worse experience I have ever had @ any McDonald’s in my 45yrs!!! The elderly lady behind the contour Charge me for the wrong meal & I didn’t not until I was on the freeway, so I call & was told to bring back the receipt & manager read off my name to me so when I return in the future, I could receive my STEAK BAGEL WITH 2 Hashbrowns that I originally double back from the beginning and had to go in for a second time to receive the second hash brown, before I left & got on the freeway!!!! So when I return days later with the receipt the “same” Elderly lady was in front counter trying to make me fill out receipt for THE FREE Sandwich, when I explain the situation & the refuse to let me get my STEAK BAGEL MEAL I ORIGINALLY WENT FOR!!!!!! I throw that nasty sausage thing away that the Elderly Grandma assigned me 🤮🤮🤮 The whole damn meal w/ that nasty holiday sauce, never eating @ this location AGAIN. Grandma 👵🏼 @ the counter got me, seemed like 🧏♀️ 👂🏼Hard of hearing. Morning manger should have a bounceing ball 🎾when she speaks to, very strong accent & I’m very diverse myself .

I would like to share a disappointing experience at this particular McDonald's location. Unfortunately, their customer service falls short, and their communication skills are lacking. My sister and I visited for breakfast and informed them we had two separate orders, but the staff insisted they could only process one order per person or vehicle, which contradicts the policies of other McDonald's locations. I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal, but they incorrectly prepared a biscuit with egg, cheese, and bacon. When I returned to correct the mistake, I was required to pay for an entirely new sandwich, which seems unreasonable. Furthermore, when we contacted the location to report the issue, they refused to offer a complimentary meal. This experience has led me to decide against patronizing this establishment in the future.

I’d rather eat a hand grenade than DoorDash from here. Younger darker lady was completely disrespectful and would even speak a single word to me when I asked about an order that was visibility on the screen as being prepared. A Latina lady came out and was almost equally rude (at least she spoke to me) and said the order was not able to be remade and “it must have been taken”. At least you all know where to get free food, just grab DD orders off the counter because they don’t seem to care.

The owner of this location disrespected my grandfather and mother because he’s 92 years old and has to use the bathroom and they made him buy something to pee. The owner of this location needs to be removed. Do not come to this location.
I pull up to the speaker, girl says hold on a second then two cars in the other lane proceed to get helped. I order a #2 with a sprite which I thought was a meal.. I order two slushy drinks, I pull up to the window give my payment, I pull up to the second window to get my order they tell me they don't have the flavor of slushy drink I ordered so I asked why didn't you tell me that before I paid she proceeds to get the manager who gives me attitude and some excuse that made no sense to me they asked If I want the other flavor slushy drink I ask my 3 kids they said fine so we get the other flavor. I get home and have no hashbrown in my bag. I ordered a number 2 with a sprite I thought that means I get a meal, either way just a terrible experience I was calm and collected the whole time they weren't even busy. As a costumer I feel like I was not taken care of fairly. I don't even think I received an apology like I said some lame excuse that me as a costumer wouldn't understand. As far as costumer service goes if this thing would let me I would put zero stars, even my kids were like that was rude. Ages 6,4, and 1. I still can't even believe the service I just got. Completely unacceptable in my opinion and I used to work at McDonald's in high-school. I never do these reviews but I felt it was my duty to let others know about this particular experience.

By far the worst macdonalds in the entire country. Always an issue, always wrong items or missing items but today was the last straw for me. My entire order cost over $40 and all I got in my delivery was a bag full of syrup,folks and napkins. Not even one item to eat. My doordasher was in complete shock. I opened the bag in front of him so the restaurant won't blame the dasher. There was nothing. Absolutely nothing. I have video and pictures.
