Expect to wait ten plus mins and they get the order wrong…. Worst McDonald’s by far in the area

On January 7th, between 6:20–6:30 PM, I had a drive-through experience with a female employee that I found very unsatisfactory.
Her attitude and customer service were unprofessional and confusing. After I placed my order, she did not verbally acknowledge it or confirm whether the order was completed, how much it cost, or where payment should be made.
During the payment process, she closed the window without saying anything, which left me unsure whether I was supposed to pay at the cashier window or at the pickup window. This caused unnecessary confusion.
When I tried to move forward, she made hand gestures and facial expressions that felt rude and confrontational, as if questioning why I was leaving. That interaction left a very negative impression on me.
She appeared to be inexperienced, and I believe additional training on basic customer communication and professionalism would be beneficial. I hope the company can improve employee training to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Staff awesome food good. But why do you lock the bathroom door and have to ask for a code thats is bogus. What if some one has a emergency thats needs to be addressed

This is the second time I have had issues at this McDonald's. Either employee's are on the phone. They ignore you when you want to order. You have to get their attention. And then they look at you like you. Bothering me came in this time. Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, medium fries, medium Coke and chicken nuggets. Cheeseburgers are supposed to have onions on them. And more than one pickle fries are supposed to have salt on them. Not no salt. Last time with double cheeseburgers and a quarter pounder with cheese didn't want mustard on them. And guess what they put mustard on. You can't even make a quarter pounder with cheese fresh when it takes 70. Some seconds to cook it. 23 seconds for a burger. Maybe you need managers that will answer the phone there when you call. Because no one answered the phone and I've got to leave a bad review for you now.
So find employees that want to work instead of being on their phone, taking care of customers and have employees that know how to make a sandwich properly and have fries that have salt on them . Maybe I need to contact my credit card company and contest this charge.Since no one wants to answer the phone, stop serving subpar food and having subpar employee's and hire some decent people

Had to pick up a food order here. Waited 20 minutes for the doordash order to be ready. Bathrooms are literally locked unless you have a receipt code. Employees loudly messing around in back while food orders piled up, ignoring customers up front. Shouting profanity at each other, talking about stuff they shoplifted recently. Halfway through my wait, another guy in street clothes walked in from outside and went behind the counter and started bagging stuff up for the order. Very surreal experience.

I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin with cheese and there were egg shells in the egg. When I was chewing I was crunching on eggs shells so I threw the whole sandwich away. I have been to this McDonald's multiple times but will never return again. Very careless service. DO BETTER..

The wait time was over an hour and it made no sense why only two people were served at a time. And it took 20 plus minutes for just two people.

My order came out with no lettuce or mayo and I wasn't accommodated or at least told why my order was wrong. Wasn't able to go back around to have it fixed I already waited 2 hours just to get a 30$ order.

The customer service was very passive and rude. We all have bad days but it should never reflect your work.
Management needs to improve training of employees at this location because it's ridiculous when your paying full price for half-butt service.

This manager went off on me because i asked for my drink without saying please. She even went out her way to chase me down brown deer rd over that. Pathetic. These staff have anger issues.

The African American transgender male is very disrespectful. He does not show great customer service. He seems very entitled as if the customers are serving him instead of the other way around. If any McDonald’s executives are reading this I evaluate his position due to causing the company to lose lots of money. Maybe training on the proper way to treat customers. Also he mainly work in the morning maybe responsible for opening the store.
