I’m under eats driver who walked in and was never acknowledged by any employee they just kept on working only one lady finally recognized me and decided to help me I waited at least 10 mins for my customer order it took any extra 15 mins for 2 apple pies I wouldn’t recommend from my experience today

This Mcdonald's price gouge. They charge upwards of $5 more for the same meal you can get around the corner on 76th & Goodhope for cheaper. Charged me $18.98 for the new McDonaldland Meal and its only $13.69 at the other locations. Emailed corporate and they was a mess saying this Mcdonald's can charge what they want. Talk about transparency and customer service, they are trash at it. This Browndeer location didn't even have the price listed and I was caught by surprise when it was rang up. That's probably why they don't list the price. Go to a cheaper McDonald's location for your meals, this location dont care about customers.

The staff really do what they want I’m literally sitting in line at 915 pm till 945 and still have no one answering the drive thru the closed to do shift change for 39 min meanwhile the line getting longer and customers are leaving I left a complaint at the better business this has to stop imma force them to get this shit together watch people getting fired after tonight

Made an order at drive thru after being asked to wait a minute. Waited 20 minutes, ordered my food, got to the window the person had an attitude with me immediately, than handed me a chocolate shake that looks like it's been sitting around for a while. I asked if that was it and he snidely remaked you took the bag didn't you?
I just wanted my food, made correctly, I could have cared less about the attitude, but my food wasn't even made correctly.
This is the first time I have had to throw my food away. The sandwich tasted like something went bad on it. I took 2 bites and spit the second one out. Absolutely foul. At least the fries were fresh, but seriously something was wrong with that food.
