Hard to rate this location. Friday lunch was Awesome! Friendly staff and hot, fresh food. Sunday lunch was a disaster. Ordered to pick up inside. The doors were locked but there was a customer inside. I tried another door, but it was also locked. I went back to the first door and it was unlocked. My pick-up order number wasn't on the board, but I gave it time. My number finally appeared, but other orders came and went. I was asked a few times what I was waiting for and I kept showing them my order confirmation. They finally started preparing my order, but they put the hot fresh fries in my bag and there it sat waiting for the burger. Several minutes later, they put my burger in the bag. I asked for fresh fries. Finally got fresh fries and was finally able to leave.

This place is absolutely awful. I ordered on the app. I waited 10-15 minutes before coming and when I arrived I had to wait another 40 minutes. Once I eventually got my food it was awful. Burger looked like it had been thrown around. The employees here do not care at all. They stand around doing nothing and avoid customer contact at all times. Very rude. I do not recommend. If I could give negative stars I would!

My chicken sandwich barely had mayo and was kinda yellowish. This is ridiculous.
Will make you sit there for an hour waiting on food and drinks, even when there is nobody in line. The workers will ignore your existence, nobody is there to do their job.

I placed my order thru the app, nonetheless, I still sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. There was a line a mile long and they weren't helping anyone or even coming to the window to explain what's going on. Then their Frappe machine was broke - of course- she said I had to go thru the app to get a refund or adjustment of the charge. I don't think that's correct and I'm pretty sure they were supposed to fix it right there. Additionally, the nuggies were cold and hard, the fries were stale and most were too hard to chew unless u like breaking your teeth. I also got 4 apple pies and all of them were rock hard. This is definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!

If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location near Brown Deer is absolutely horrible. The cashier was yelling at us for simply placing an order, showing no manners or professionalism whatsoever. Instead of providing decent service, they were rude, loud, and completely disrespectful.
It’s shocking how this place is still running with such terrible staff behavior. Fast food doesn’t mean customers should be treated like garbage. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this mess. Until then, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location unless you want to be treated poorly.
