Visited this location around 12:45 AM and had a very disappointing experience with the woman who appeared to be the manager working the drive-thru — African-American, shoulder-length black hair, wearing a purple McDonald’s polo. I used a promo code for fries, but they didn’t ring it up. When I went back to explain, she kept insisting we hadn’t ordered fries, even after I showed proof on my phone that the code was redeemed. She refused to honor it and was dismissive the whole time.
To make it worse, I overheard her make an unnecessary comment about our ethnicity while speaking to another employee. When we told her they needed to do better, she replied, “YOU do better,” which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful — especially from someone in a leadership role.
This behavior was unacceptable. I hope it gets addressed because no customer should be treated this way.

We ordered online while we were out. It was a 30 minute drive to here and when we got here, the line was super slow and after about 10 minutes, they then told us that the order wasn’t there. We sat in the drive through for a total of 45+ minutes just waiting for our food..

horrible customer service. they come by the register, look at me as i’m trying to order and keep walking. and if they’re working the window the line shouldn’t be as backed up as it is. would’ve been a zero star if possible.

Me and my uncle came in with a big order for our family and they were a little backed up so it took a while for them to get the food out. The head front of house Tatriana had exceptional customer service making sure we had all of our order and then some. She apologized frequently for the wait, threw in free apple pies, and insisted on remaking our fries because she thought they were cold. I’ve never experienced this amount of customer service at a fast food restaurant, let alone McDonald’s. Tatriana was very helpful and handled the pressure of being backed up very well. The standard she held herself to was great.
