3rd. Time in row now can’t get food. Do NOT advertise 24 hour if you are not. 3 trims after midnight and not open or car in lot and no service. Every time in city of Milwaukee. Suburbs can get it right but never in the city. Just close it down. Owner should be ashamed. Runs a terrible restaurant

Visited this location around 12:45 AM and had a very disappointing experience with the woman who appeared to be the manager working the drive-thru — African-American, shoulder-length black hair, wearing a purple McDonald’s polo. I used a promo code for fries, but they didn’t ring it up. When I went back to explain, she kept insisting we hadn’t ordered fries, even after I showed proof on my phone that the code was redeemed. She refused to honor it and was dismissive the whole time.
To make it worse, I overheard her make an unnecessary comment about our ethnicity while speaking to another employee. When we told her they needed to do better, she replied, “YOU do better,” which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful — especially from someone in a leadership role.
This behavior was unacceptable. I hope it gets addressed because no customer should be treated this way.

Curbside pickup has kept me waiting regularly for 15-30 min. Lobby service ignores the customer some customers have been hostile with no intervention from staff or manager. Will never return.
