If you asked me about this location five years ago I wouldn't be giving them even one star out of five. What ever the owner(s) and/or management have done they've made this a better location.Better customer service, better in terms of getting orders correct and consistently doing so.

Incomplete review, because after waiting in the drive-thru for ten minutes with zero cars being served, we just left.

Never fast and 7 out of 10 times missing a part of your order. Had to stop going

STAY AWAY FROM ANY DAIRY PRODUCTS AT THIS LOCATION!Just purchased a breakfast burrito meal for my daughter who was in the passenger seat with me. Asked to substitute the coffee for a medium hot mocha. They said the mccaffee machine was down. She instead substituted a medium mocha frappe. IT IS SPOILED! She said it had a tingly taste to it, so I tasted it. Management needs to watch the process better. Employees aren't doing something that they're supposed to be doing. That being said, both window employees were very friendly and pleasant.

Started out it was the drive-thru that has two speakers to pull up to well first I got skipped there so then I went inside and lots of employee goofing around and not being professional then didn't take too long for the food but when we got it it was so much salt on there I can barely eat it

Spouse and I could be considered regulars for the past several years. Service has been prompt and food fresh and flavorful. That all came crashing down on 11-16-23, when placing a mobile order. Since our last visit, the franchisor has chosen to increase the prices of the Quarter Pounder w/Cheese from $4.59 to $5.39 or an outrageous 17%. Right, a 17% increase against a COLA for 2023 of 3.2%. The double cheeseburger price has increased a tail piping 20%!!!! Burger prices have generally advanced anywhere from $0.10 to $0.20 in years past but $0.80 on the Quarter Pounder w/Cheese and $0.60 on the Double Cheeseburger?? That is simply outrageous especially in a section of Milwaukee that is rife with low income apartment dwellers whose choices in prepared food are becoming less and less with expanding economic blight. Mercifully, the 76th and Good Hope McDonald's location is still charging humane prices for their fare, e.g. $4.79 for the Quarter Pounder w/cheese and $2.79 for a double cheeseburger compared to a pure gouge $3.59 at this location. Remarkable that a roughly 4 mile drive west can save you up to 20% on your food bill depending on what you order. Spouse and I will be sticking with the 76th and Good Hope location until they change their prices.

It's McDonald's what can I say but I do know depending on which restaurant you go to the consistency and taste of food is going to be a little bit different some staff tend to follow the exact recipe and others you can tell that they don't. The customer service definitely depends on which area of the city you're in, but it's a cheap quick meal that pretty much tastes the same as it did when I was a kid!
