Spent the entirety of my lunch break waiting in line, there were only three cars in front of me in my lunch break is 30 minutes long. Ordered a big Mac meal and my only option for a drink was Coca-Cola. When I received my meal my big Mac was not even lukewarm, it was cold and the buns were facing the wrong way. (seeds on the inside of the burger) Second day in a row I've tried this location and believe it or not day one was no better. I will never be returning to this location.

It was absolutely the worst stop to get to breakfast burritos and got to work mind you I am a diabetic to means I needed to eat got to work. The breakfast burritos were as hard as a rock literally! Called and the manager on duty said he’ll exchange them or give me a refund. That’s not the reason I called. I wanted whoever’s hand put those in my bag to be reprimanded big time because it was very. When you grab them, their heart as a rock

Terrible service. Food was cold didn't get my coffee. Girl just handed me the bag at the drive through. Was expecting my coffee and never came back. Decided it wasn't worth the trouble and there were 7 cars behind me. Waited 15 minutes for this? North side labor pool sucks

This a not very well kept McDonalds. Bathroom disgusting dirty and smelly. Counter behind order takers a disheveled mess. The mcflurry station drip covered and the extras like mini m&ms spilled around. And the ignored buzzer consaintly ringing. Simply put i was embarrassed for the place. Even the food was barley standard fare. I wonder what going here. Avoid if possible.

Every morning the doors for the inside is locked and don’t allow ordering in the inside,might I add quite rude like I’m bothering them when I walk in for a online order pick up.the drive thru line be wrapped around the building and only one order at a time practically.where is the staff?I go to Mayfair location with no problem it’s been almost a year this is happening owners don’t care anymore about the customer service?

Just don’t. Took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window and be told I have to wait longer. Canceled the order and still got charged. Thanks for responding McDonalds, that link is useless, no one reaches out. EVER. I won’t be back.

Very bad establishment, they took too long just to serve me a big Mac, I was about 30 minutes on the line and when I got to pay the employees were fighting among themselves
I mean, given the part of town this one is in you can't really have high expectations but the staff clearly don't know what they're doing. They don't even mix the mcflurries, they just sprinkle a toppings on top and hand it to you. Bad attitude and the food was worse quality than normal.

Just don't even bother. The attitudes are through the roof. They never say cani take your order when you pull up in drive thru. All you get is you can order when you're ready. Like hello I was ready a long time ago but i guess you expect me to have ESP and be able to read your mind!! You're never greeted at the window and they act like you are bothering them. Just terrible!
Update 9/12/2025 - Not much has changed. The building looks deplapidated really I'm need of repairs from the exterior, they were out of breakfast burritos and they lemonade taste like water.
