How do you screw up the one order you have? I was the only person there and ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal. Nice crispy hash brown I'm gobbling on my drive away from the place and open my sandwich, NO sausage! Barely toasted muffin, cheese and an egg with a green yolk, no sausage! I'm too far away to go back. This is exactly why I hardly ever do fast food. They can't get a single order right. Didn't appreciate the people outside smoking pot around my car either. I will not be back!

How does a manager allow anyone to blast their music inside of the restaurant eating area as if they hired a live DJ for their customers and allow a bunch of kids to mingle around. I may be a big guy and not afraid of anyone but I surely couldn't wait to finish my meal while not being intruded of my peace. I'm pretty sure I'll drive a little further to sit n relax to enjoy my meal next time

Terrible team and terrible service. Employees just standing around and gossiping with each other about ten people waiting inside with me some people got their food others walked out without food because of the wait. After waiting about forty minutes I went to the counter and asked about my food for the second time and she told me she didn’t see it on her screen nor had it so I just walked out. Never coming here again and never ordering from here again.

Because I can’t give zero stars, here’s a one. This is supposed to be fast food, but I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with no one taking my order. I even honked, and still nothing. People behind me started leaving, and I eventually did too with no food and no one ever taking my order. That’s beyond unprofessional. Get your shit together. This is ridiculous. 😡

They need a whole crew, literally! They had me wait almost 15 minutes talking about they waiting on fries. Hand me a bag, the fries cold and I ordered a number 3 and they gave me a plane cheese burger. I would never in my life stop at this mc Donald’s. Very unprofessional!
