If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The hours online say they are open until 2:00 a.m. I placed a mobile order at 11:46 p.m., arrived at 11:50 p.m., and was told they were closed, even though I had already paid through the app. The staff refused to speak to us directly and just yelled from behind the wall that they were closed. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the employees working tonight.

This damn place every time will screw up your order. Give it to someone else, or make you wait longer than you would at a sit down restaurant. I cannot believe the consistency of mistakes they have made on my last 5 orders in a row. Would go to a farther mcdonalds than here because I know what service ill get.

The young lady at the pay window was so worried about the car ahead of me that she wasn’t comprehending that I was doing tap pay they have very rude attitudes not pleasant at all very dingy smokers looking smelled like strong weed just plain distasteful the soda was flat tasty salty the French fries tasted like they had been refried in dirty grease then packaged and sat under the warming light ever after I said no salt on my fries. I didn’t want to exchange because I hate when they hand you the cup with their nasty hands all over top overall just a guttabut experience.

one of the worst mcdonald’s to ever go to. I went today on October 10th, 2025 to pick up my mobile order. This order was placed at 7:46 am and it’s now 8:46 am an hour later and i still haven’t received my food yet. I got here around 8:05 ish they didn’t even ask me for my code, they asked me what the name was and i gave them the name. Proceed to give me the wrong order, and told me to pull up and wait. This is so disappointing. I waited over 40 minutes for a sausage egg mcmuffin meal and hash browns.

Very disappointed with the quality of service. I had to wait 20 minutes just for a drink and fries. When I pointed out to one of the employees (a girl with pink hair) that the work was poorly organized, I received rudeness in response and was told that my order would not be given. Instead of doing their job, the staff were just standing around and talking. It is unacceptable that employees can decide whether or not to give a customer their order.

Placed order on app about 15 mins before close, and pulled up within 3 mins, and they stopped answering/responding but i saw people making food in the back. Another customer pulled up as I was waiting and left after realizing we weren't going to he served. Its always something at this location
The worse McDonalds in the city my experience 2 days ago will keep me from coming to this location and its sad because it's right around the corner from my home

How do you screw up the one order you have? I was the only person there and ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal. Nice crispy hash brown I'm gobbling on my drive away from the place and open my sandwich, NO sausage! Barely toasted muffin, cheese and an egg with a green yolk, no sausage! I'm too far away to go back. This is exactly why I hardly ever do fast food. They can't get a single order right. Didn't appreciate the people outside smoking pot around my car either. I will not be back!
