I’d give this place a zero if I could, did a pick up order. Waited 10 mins, and nobody came. I couldn’t “cancel” because it was apparently already placed in order to be made. Then I am being harassed in the parking lot by a homeless man. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Placed a mobile order for my husband to pick up. When he got there it was 11pm. The worker said they’re close but then proceeded to take the order of the customer behind him. Then gave them their food. I don’t get why they could refuse him but take another customers order. If you don’t wanna take orders then change shifts or go home. It’s rude to refuse people who literally pay for your job.

My daughter ordered 4 Minecraft meals for pickup through the app. None of the stores near her had them. Both of my daughters and two kids traveled to your McDonald's at 8220 w. Hampton to pick them up. When they got there they got in the drive thru line. It took 55 minutes to get to the window. Once they got there they were informed that they did not have the Minecraft meals. And the food was not made yet. After pulling forward and waiting some more. Regular meals were substituted and happy meal toys were offered. I have called your hotline 4 times now and have been promised a coupon for a meal 3 times (to be mailed) and that a manager would call. None of this has happened. I received a coupon for a sandwich of my choice. These Minecraft meals cost approximately $3.00 more then a regular meal. I just want to be refunded the difference.

I just left from here everytime I order something they give me something wrong or forget something. I said spicy chicken sandwich meal. I got a regular sandwich not spicy and no fries. I check the bag to make sure everything in there now but I'm not about to take a bite of the sandwich to see if it's spicy or not. I'm already home so I'm not about go back up there. It's ridiculous tho..

Ordered curbside and had to wait over 45 minutes. No one came out. I had to go inside to get my food. Smelt very disgusting in the restaurant. I also was missing some of my order. They have poor customer service. We’ve had this experience other times but go back because it’s close to home and want to give it another chance. Will not be going here again. Definitely don’t recommend!!

Ordered McDonalds breakfast through door dash and when I opened the bag, there was no food. (Bag was sealed so it couldn't be the delivery person) What I only received was a cup of the wrong orange juice and a half filled cup of coffee. Interesting how they remembered to put the drinks in the bag but none of the food. First time I ordered from this location, never ordering from here again.
