A personal shout to MamaT!! This lady's ENTIRE Personality was 💯💯!! You could feel her bubbly energy through the intercom, this what Great customer service looks like! Thank you ma'am for your positive vibes! However on another note the fries were lukewarm, she did not serve my food, she took my order. I'll come again

slowest service ever and they can never seem to get a order correct pure laziness i know its fast food and McDonald's but dang people this is ridiculous and nothing ever seems to be done i see many complaints on here and it never changes that is just sad how lazy and incompetent the workers are at this location

The last few times I’ve gone here my order isn’t right. The customer service sucks here. Have a bunch of young people who could give a crap about making things right. Terrible service and the quality of the food is terrible. Today I was told to park in slot 2 but there was someone there already. So I moved to 3. Waited over 15 minutes. Cars were leaving and still no food. I see the car to my left told the employee that wasn’t theirs. Instead of coming to see if it was my order he took it back in to sit there. So I get out my car and ask where my order is. I was told oh he brought it back in. Why? Instead of checking with other customers he thought the smart thing to do is take it back in. It’s a mess there.

I was door dashing and the manager completely ignored me and helped the white dude that smashed the door bell walked in like 10 minutes after I got here. My order was already ready when I got here and I rang the doorbell a few times and he yelled at me to calm down, when that white dude was so aggressive before me. That's wild service. I'm never picking up from this place again, y'all can have all of the orders here. Talk about trash customer service.

They got the delivery order wrong and they don't want to take responsibility for it and they try to pass the blame on to the delivery company when their store is the one that made the mistake.

I ordered a daily double meal on the app which comes with a Mc double, small fry, 6 nuggets and a drink. I got the fry, 6 nuggets and a drink but no burger.. the whole point of the meal is the burger.. mc Donald’s is a joke.

All their breakfast sandwiches have shrunken is size. McDonalds is participating in shrinkflation now too. Just increase the price, stop taking away the size of our meals. These aren't kiddy meals.....

WHETHER I GO IN OR ORDER ONLINE THERE'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM.. EITHER I'M MISSING SOMETHING THE FOOD IS UNDERCOOKED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED I CALLED THE STORE AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE THEY DON'T WANT TO REPLACE ANYTHING THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO CALL GRUBHUB AND TAKE IT UP WITH THEM WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE MCDONALD'S IS THE ONE THAT MESSED UP MY ORDER AND THE GRUBHUB APP IT'S PLACED AS DELIVERED SO THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND ME.. I CALLED TO THE STORE TWICE THE FIRST TIME WAS HUNG UP ON THE SECOND TIME THEY PROMISED TO SEND OUT A COUPON THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.. THEY JUST MAKE THINGS SO IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.. I ORDER ALMOST EVERY DAY FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM DISABLED AND I CANNOT GET THERE AND HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME.. THE ONLY RESPECTFUL ONE IN THERE IS ONE OF THE MANAGERS I THINK SHE'S HISPANIC OR ARABIC.. SHE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS ENOUGH RESPECT TO TRY TO FIX THINGS.. BESIDES THAT I DON'T I'M NOT SURE IF I'LL BE ORDERING FROM THIS RESTAURANT ANYMORE UNTIL THINGS ARE FIXED I'VE LOST ALMOST 60 TO $80 IN ORDERS THAT WERE MESSED UP MISSING ITEMS OR THE FOOD WAS JUST TERRIBLE 😔
