It's always a miserable time waiting for someone to take your order, but today, it felt legit personal.There are 2 ordering lanes. I pulled up to the 2nd one, which was completely open, whereas the 1st had a customer ordering. I waited a couple minutes. The first lane got 3 CARS THROUGH in this time. Wondering if the 2nd speaker just wasn't working, I pulled out, and pulled back into the 1st lane. They then proceeded to take 3 orders from the 2ND lane, while I waited in the 1st.I can't imagine how this could possibly be happening by mistake. It seemed like they were specifically not taking my order. I've always been stunningly patient with this location, but this kills it for me.

Menu screen is broken so in order to access a menu to make your selection(s) you must use the kiosk. No one was able to assist me with how to place an order on kiosk if paying with cash @ the register so after waiting pointlessly for 10min, I was forced to figure it out on my own. I ordered a McDouble sandwich but instead received a smashed hamburger that was not even close to hot or fresh... When I politely brought this to the employees attention, they chose to simply add 1 piece of cheese (should've been 2) & another burger patty to the smashed bun & return it to me instead of giving me the sandwich I paid for. I'm very disappointed in them for this abysmal service because I know they are capable of much better ? ?

I was highly pleased with cashier/manger today lady with locs who took my order today she was pleasant and provided excellent customer service to me I was having a horrible day she made me feel better

I ordered my daughter's food, a spicy chicken sandwich and a strawberry smoothie, through the mobile app 10 to 15 minutes before arriving. I pulled up to the drive-thru, and the guy said it would be a 15-minute wait. I said no, I'll take a refund. She said, you have to go back through the App; we don't provide refunds. I asked where on the app. He said hold on.. he took a while to come back to the speaker, but while waiting, I read the FAQ, which clearly stated to return to the store to receive a refund. I pulled around and went in, and a short older man dressed like he was the manager came to the counter. He also was the one on the drive-thru speaker. I showed him what the app said, and he kept saying we don't give refunds; you have to go through the app. I asked how when the app does not provide you contact information to file a claim but only states to go back to the store! So a young lady came from the kitchen back area, who I think was also a manager, and asked for my code; she turned and Said I made that order. Where is it? She told the staff to remake it right away. I asked the staff Are all just going to force me to wait? Eventually, they gave me my food and I love might add while I was standing there. It was older heavyst guy in the kitchen. Who I seen for myself? Put the chicken nuts in the basket, but. I also touched the chicken nuggets to push him back from falling off with his bare hands. I looked at the other customers he says see. This is why I do not eat at restaurants, but yeah, along mcdonald's

Worst McDonald's doors not even open in the morning at 7:30. Long drive through line, was skipped over by three cars at intercom took 20 minutes just to get a coffee.

Walked in to get some food and was going to use the bathroom first and literally got yelled at within 5 seconds with a "public restrooms were closed.. Can't you read the sign" this place is only good for a drunk munch after the Rave. Employees and pathetic and management is even worse. Save yourself and go to Webbs down the

These people all need to be fired they are rude , all ways get my order wrong. I used the app made a order pulled in to my spot they had me waiting for almost a half hour then I got out my car went in to the restaurant they had a attitude because I was asking for my food that they had just sitting there. But what take the cake is I'm allergic to pickles I ask for no pickles ever time my recent say no pickle. But they still put the pickle on my food so I get to work in can't eat a drop.
