Waited ten minutes in the drive through. There was only one car before us. They made their order then went to the window. We pulled up to order they asked us to hold and we did. Waited ten minutes then just left and went somewhere else. No one checked in with us. They weren't even busy.

The drive through line moved like molasses, 2 -3 minutes to wait on each customer. The only reason I rated it 2 stars is because my wife did not complain about how her chicken sandwich tasted and so it must have been OK. Any complaints in that compartment and I would have rated it 1 star.

During breakfast no bagels or orange juice. I had to pull up and wait for two Big Breakfast meals and had to get my steak bagel on McMuffin bread. After the wait my side of eggs were not in the bag so I had to go in which defeated the purpose of the drive thru...

This was not the best experience. I know they were busy so ill be understsnding but wifey was complaining because her chicken tenders that she ordered came as spicy BBQ chicken tenders glazed which we did not order those but I see it's on the receipt we can order that and our french fries were cold it's like everything was old I don't know this was not a good experience today

I would give zero stars if possible. This McDonald's had 5 cars in front of me. It took almost 40 minutes for me to get my food from the time I got in line... Then I get to window number 1 and the girl taking my money is ON HER PHONE having an OBVIOUSLY personal phone call. She didn't say a single word go me. Neglected to read my order back or give me a receipt. She just stuck her hand out at me took my money and handed me change all while on the phone... I dont expect GREAT food from McDonald's EVER but at almost 2 pm the fries were cold, the burger looked like it was thrown around the kitchen, and my soda was TERRIBLY watered down. Like once I ordered 15 minutes after pulling up, still 25 minutes before I got my food they must have had my drink already made.... Everything about this McDonald's was MISERABLE, and I wouldn't go back for a lifetime supply of free food.

I walk in and young boy flashing his money, then goes to bag food and starts texting on phone, drops a bag and was going to still use it until he realized we were watching him, about 20 kids behind counter with one boy alone working front, boy texting takes food to car, comes back in, gets on his phone and twirls his hair over the ice cream machine..I then started fussing for manager who finally comes up front. Worst service. I sat at the window for 3 minutes before being acknowledged then two more minutes to get my drink. I wasnt given my receipt and told to pull forward and someone would bring it to me. But I needed to get out of her line so her time could stop. Horrible. I called to resolve it but no answer.
