Burger patty was barley cooked and cold (picture does no justice). Sandwich prep looked like they just tossed everything in the box. Fries were cold and had the texture like they've been cooked multiple times. Never had an issue with daytime crew but it's always like this with the night crew.

They just rushed us because the lady was on her cell we were not even done ordering! Another time she didn't gave me a receipt and when l ask for one I was short on my change ! She was nice before! We even used to tip her

01/25/25 store was open even though their furnace was broken. Handicapped entrance door was difficult to open. Customers inside were bundled up. Food was cold within minutes of getting it. Now, I won't complain about a broken furnace as those things happen, but they should have closed their lobby until the repairs were done.

The workers are unclean , as I saw an employee touching his nose. No treats or smoothies, shakes, or desserts are served at this location. The soft drink machine is inactive In the lobby and you must see cashier for refill . The only good thing I can say is Manager Bri is highly professional with great communication and customer service skills.

employees loudly talking about how a coworker is sleeping in the parking lot and needs to come back to work. that about sums up the quality of service I experienced tonight. at least I got my food- 30 min to receive a small order for one person. woof

Sad times. I really just like to get my own Coca-Cola. I do diet Coke with some regular mixed in. Lots of ice. I like using the app. I like it when you just get an empty cup and get what you want. That was not an option here. However, my diet Coke was cold and ready fast. Most of the McDonald's seem to be moving this direction... I guess I will try Speedway next time.
Don’t order coffee on the app. Bay View on Potter 53207. They pour it as soon as you order, then it sit and gets cold before you get there. At least the last 6 or 7 coffees were luke warm. I even pulled over and ordered, then minutes later picked up luke warm coffee. Decaf. How do they not get that?

I go to this McDonald’s almost everyday, my large fry was literally like a small, my mcchicken buns were stale/hard I don’t even know how to explain it, I went at about 730, I’ll stick to going in the daytime from now on
Oh yea and my whole order was in one bag and I worked fast food and know that’s not right, 20 pc nuggets,4 sandwiches,3 fries all in one bag

Used the mobile app and rolled up told them my number they said it wasn't in the system. They wanted to see my phone I pulled ahead and showed the person my phone and they said I had to come in. So I did. But to get anyone to walk over to the counter. Even though I waved to people over no one checked on why I was up at the counter for 10 mins then the lady asked what I wanted I said mobile order she said to the other person can you do it. And they other person got me my order that they said they never got. So what's up with that?

Horrible. They don’t even put on the fixings on the sandwich that McDonalds advertises. Not even a single pickle. This sandwich should be renamed to the McShitty.

This McDonald's consistently gets my orders wrong. More often than not, something is missing or has the wrong ingredients, wrong sauce for nuggets, etc.
I do NOT recommend ordering for pickup through the app, because if you aren't there when the order is finished, they will literally steal your food... This has happened to me twice.
At this point I'd rather go to the McDonald's on Oklahoma.
