paid extra for sauce on my mc rib. it was even less sauce the normal day. counter GIRL was snippy when asked a question. floors are slippery. when trying to file complaint with corporate , keep showing someone is wrong.

The only problem I have here is that are you ordering online or the kiosk pays you no attention and think you know how to obtain your order it doesn't want to prepare it and present it to you you got all these different bags and food on the counter and you don't know what you're looking for or what you're doing.
The pickup counter is so small it's such a small space.
It saddens me because I do like McDonald's or disease spreading or germ control or are the nets over there by the trash by the drinks there's a lot of nets and I told them several times what it needs to be cleaned at play there's some congested fixing your food back in that space where they're cooking at which is a problem for me looking at it it's so terrible to look at it like that is a issue of germ and disease in our food. So yes someone here at this McDonald's on Port Washington road 5400 block needs to pay this more attention otherwise with all them please running around by the garbage by the drinks will you fill your drinks at and I'm going to film this and I'm going to send it to the county or city building inspector. I go to this location almost every morning, and every time I have to fight just to get a straw. When I ask for one, I get a lecture about how it’s a “sippy cup.” Well, the lids leak, and I don’t want to block half my face while driving. I simply want a straw—no lecture required.

The last time, I asked for one and was told “okay,” but the straw never came. I had to go back inside to get it myself. On top of that, they barely put any ice in the cups—maybe three pieces at most.

The food is just as bad. Every time I order the burritos, they come out hard, cracked, and tasting like they were made weeks ago and reheated in the microwave for nine minutes. Absolutely terrible.

I will not be returning to this location.

This the worst McDonald's. 2nd time they canceled my order on me and in top of that they screw up every order. Do better.

Staff was very rude, after picking up an incorrect order. We were forced to come all the way back to the store. Unlike other locations that either do refunds or save the name for future orders. The whole time the lady taking our order gave us unnecessary attitude despite trying to settle like adults.

Do not order from this McDonald's! on 7/15/25 at 6:15pm I ordered the free large fries on the app along with a large soda. I was charged full price for the fries by this McDonald's and showed the manager the error using my phone, showing the app charged me $1.85 but her store charged me full price and showed her that $7.75 was charged to my card. She was rude and unprofessional from the start, refusing to even try to remedy the error, when I asked why she refused to help she acted impatient about it and called an unidentifiable person sitting and laughing with another young kid/man to throw me out!

Burger patty was barley cooked and cold (picture does no justice). Sandwich prep looked like they just tossed everything in the box. Fries were cold and had the texture like they've been cooked multiple times. Never had an issue with daytime crew but it's always like this with the night crew.

01/25/25 store was open even though their furnace was broken. Handicapped entrance door was difficult to open. Customers inside were bundled up. Food was cold within minutes of getting it. Now, I won't complain about a broken furnace as those things happen, but they should have closed their lobby until the repairs were done.

The workers are unclean , as I saw an employee touching his nose. No treats or smoothies, shakes, or desserts are served at this location. The soft drink machine is inactive In the lobby and you must see cashier for refill . The only good thing I can say is Manager Bri is highly professional with great communication and customer service skills.
