Tom Kha soup and Red Curry was tasty. Pad Thai or Pud Thai wasn’t so good compared to other Thai restaurants. Good spice level, but otherwise bland. We realized after we got home that a couple of our bakery items were missing, so they offered to give them to us next time we order. Sesame balls were great.

Came in during the week for the very delightful lunch buffet. The food was amazing and packed tons of flavor. Had a variety of food and everything looked homeade and fresh. Will definitely be coming back.

Came here to eat cause people were hyping the place up, we ended up waiting for a whole hour and haven’t received our food while others that came after us got theirs. There was no update on our food or check ups from the staffs until we told them we’re leaving cause we’ve been waiting and have places to be. It wasn’t even that busy, but the fact we told them we’re leaving they decided to check in on our food. Horrible experience, won’t be coming here in the near future.

Buffet is always great!! Have to make it on a weekend for the premium buffet. Can't speak on ordering off menu but I'd assume it would be as good! Buffet is never empty, everyones on their game. Staff all have great attitudes. Customers are always happy.
We came for the weekend buffet and the food was so good. Service was courteous, but dismissive, maybe because they were a bit busy? I will definitely come again in the future, though.

Recently, I went on back-to-back Saturdays just to confirm my thoughts before leaving a review.
Let me get this out of the way: the house fried rice is terrible. It’s an embarrassment to have that dish in your buffet lineup. Is there such a thing as half-cooked fried rice? More than 1/4 of the rice was still white, while other portions were colored with whatever sauce it was cooked in. Just a terrible dish — and I’m a fried rice junkie!
The beef and steaks were also very hard to chew, almost like they were boiled and then pan-fried. You can do better — please provide better quality on these items!
Other than that, I don’t have any more complaints. Every single other dish on your Saturday buffet menu is excellent and worth the price. I’ve spread the word to all my friends and family.
I truly wish you the best and hope your buffet excels and continues to be a success! The service provided is also great.

It was my first time here for Mother’s Day and the service was very slow. Seems like they’re understaffed and the place was dirty. The table that the server put us at wasn’t swept. I had to clean the chair that had crumbs. The dishes and utensils were still dirty. Two workers had to come back to grab the dirty dishes. Food is meh. For $23 per person, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I advise that Mekong Cafe fixes the issues otherwise, the issues will shut them down.
